Very poor service – wrong info printed and no refund

They printed the wrong phone number on my board and refused to admit it was their mistake. I had only approved other changes because they said my original design couldn’t be used. Despite explaining that the phone number should never have changed, they wouldn’t take responsibility or offer a refund. Would not recommend.

Compré somier articulado y ha sido una auténtica porquería, lo compré el 20 marzo de 2024, el 20 de marzo de 2025 me lo tuvieron que cambiar después de cuatro meses de espera con el somier estropeado, vino el técnico y dijo que se había roto una pieza, fallo de fabricación. Hoy 13 de julio de 2025, después de 16 días de que se ha vuelto a estropear me dicen que no se hacen cargo , no se ha dignado ni a mandar un técnico a que lo vea. Mi próximo paso es ir a denunciar a la OCU. He sido clienta hace más de 20 años, pero será mi última compra. FIASCO DE EMPRESA

The staff member who dealt with our order (new roadside signs for a community centre) could not have been more helpful or more considerate. They were absolutely meticulous in their attention to detail and to ensuring that the sign boards were precisely right for our needs. Very knowledgable and very lovely result. We would absolutely recommend them and will go back regularly.

The worst printing and customer service I have ever experienced.

I received a shoddy and unusable print job. When raising the issue, I received rude and patronising customer service (much like this other review) from the manager who refused to help. Avoid.

What started off as a simple matter of unsatisfactory print resulted in patronizing correspondence and vitriolic tone from a very rude staff member that refused to assist my concerns with the print job.


Nothing to satisfy my concerns at all except tell me I'm wrong.

We have been using Vital Concept Ltd for our design and print work and we must say that working with Vital Concept has been the easiest and smoothest running in comparison to many other companies. They listen to their clients demands and pay attention to the needs of the clients. Not only that they provide great guidance to help innovate other companies.
