Shonky, Untrustworthy Business

Would prefer to give this shonky business ZERO stars because it's engaged in deceptive advertising and provides products that clearly don't do what they are advertised to do. Also, they claim to provide a 'money-back guarantee' if not happy - however they do NOT do so. Please save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere!

I’m extremely dissatisfied with both…

I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the warranty/after-sales process.

It’s unreasonable to expect a customer not to open and briefly test a product to confirm it works. I only used the glasses for about 30 seconds—just enough to put them on and realise they do not function as expected. After that, I immediately placed them back in the original packaging.

The product is in exactly the same condition as when I received it—no damage, no scratches, and all original packaging intact. This was not “use” in any meaningful sense, just a basic check to confirm functionality.

I also find it inappropriate that your team suggested I give the product to someone else. That is not a solution, especially when the item does not work.

At this point, I have lost confidence in both the product and your company’s support.

These people are fraudsters

These people are fraudsters! My eyewear was represented to be "auto focus". What arrived is not auto focus and they are unusable. Everything is just a blur because they are fixed focus in a range that is unuseable. I have received five communications refusing a refund in which I have respectively been offered a refund of 20%, then 30%, then 40% and the latest is 50% on condition I pay return shipping. Since the product is defective I have been left with no option but to request a chargeback by my credit card.

But their disingenuous correspondence professing regret and offering to 'help' seems to be ai generated and intended to dissuade the customer from pursuing them.

Positive reviews of this so-called Smart Eyewear must all be fake since the product is complete rubbish!

The glasses don't work

The glasses don't work and now they won't respond to my many emails. Fraud!!!

I ordered 6 lip plumbing oil

I ordered 6 lip plumbing oil. I had a reaction to the oil. I emailed asking how to return unopened product. Was told could not return but offered me 10% refund. After refusing that offer they uped it to 20% refund. I have refused that as well.
I don't see why I can't return the unopened product.
I would not buy from this company!! Beware of the false statements on their refund policy. I have now been asked to update review as they agreed to give 30% refund. I am still not happy and would not recommend buying from this company. 30% refund is not good enough as I have product I can't use. It took my lips a couple of weeks to recover.

Quick fix for fit

Sent a message about temple fit; support suggested simple adjustment, offered exchange label, response came the same afternoon.
