Customer service response quickly questions

So many of these products that you see online Don't really work, And I was worried that this might be one I was wrong after 3 days of taking this product. The pain in my hip was about 80% go gone.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID...

These guys are scammers....offer money back guarantee, and then try to negotiate what they give you back when the product fails...in my case allegeric reaction.

This is false advertising. Supposed to be made in USA, but when you order and they charge your card, it shows International. That’s when I realized it was a scam. Customer service is awful and when someone finally responds, they are zero help. I tried to cancel within MINUTES, but they said it was too late. Misleading and False advertising. Do not do business with this company.
UPDATE: After 15-20+ emails to this company, I finally received a partial refund. I believe that was only because I submitted a complaint to the BBB and continued to constantly email this company requesting a refund and cancellation. At least I got some of my money back.

After years of looking, I was going to try a nationally advertised brand for my husband and myself. This brand is very expensive so I looked further and came upon Vital Nutritive. A comparison showed it matched the other brand so we decided to try it.

After about 3 weeks...we noticed a substantial improvement for my husband where his hair thickened and the scalp is noticeable less visible. His hair is healthy again.

Update 04/30/2026. The company reached out to me in kindness regarding my medical situation and refunded the full price. They were very quick with the process. A company with integrity and compassion.

04/19/2026 A warning to all who order and then due to medical circumstance decide not to open the package and use their Nerve supplement. I did that and now I am being refunded half the price of the order which is stated as they do not accept returns even if unopened. They say it is based on their environmental policy.
I am 10 day after spinal surgery writing this. I guess my brain fog got in the way of reading the fine print.

I take this every day at the same time and I have never been more regular. I used to struggle either constipation. But after introducing this probiotic into my diet I am as good as gold. No other probiotic worked as well.

The product seemed helpful at first, but then didn’t seem to do anything. We learned of an underlying condition, and had some difficulty canceling on the website. They have been very responsive since.

It affected my intestines in a very negative way. Don’t recommend.

I have to say that I actually enjoy this Vital Greens powder. In my opinion, it tastes great. Every morning, I mix a scoop with hot water and a dash of Cayenne powder. The taste isn't gritty, nor do I experience an unpleasant aftertaste. In the evening, I again mix it with hot water and add a tsp of lemon juice or apple cider. It's a great way to stave off evening hunger pangs and it's very healthy.
I am happy with this purchase from Vital Nutritive and I will definitely order more.
