I paid for my purchase and never received my shipment. I emailed them 2 weeks ago andl never got my order. I tried calling them and the line is always busy so there is really no way to REALLY get in touch with them. To all of you, GOODLUCK!!!

The fact that you follow up with your customers says a lot about the confidence you have in your product. I was on the fence at first, but since I ordered more. I guess i fell off the fence! Keep up the good work! I plan on continuing. I finally found something that actually works!

Trustworthy company
I had a subscription which I thought I canceled. I received a notice that my order was placed. I reached out to ask if the order and my subscription could be canceled. Within minutes, my request was processed with a very kind response. If you are thinking about trying a product, go ahead, the company is trustworthy and the customer service is excellent.
