Complete waste of time and money I requested a birth certificate and somehow they canceled my request and changed it for custody claim which was not what I asked for...it felt like a scam at the end of the day.

Getting birth certificate was fast and easy. I always received a text when stuff was received and mailed to me. Down side was the cost but worth it.

Still have not received my birth certificate. It is hard to give a good review when you're unsure if you've been scammed. Ask me when the contract is completed.

I was disappointed and won’t be using this service again
I was disappointed with what I ordered and what I received. I still had to pay to state I. Addition to the 80!!$ for basically something i could literally have done simply by myself. So I feel very mislead and taking for a “$ride””

Considering that I am still waiting for the death certificate I requested and am being told it may take 10 to 12 weeks or more to get it, I am very unhappy. I am frustrated with the delay. I provided all the information as well as my dad's Social Security number and do not understand why it takes so long.

I paid eighty something dollars for you to fill out a free form and send it to me to mail in!!!! I was under the impression I was ordering to actual birth certificate. Now I have legal documents that are invalid due to time constraints. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
