Sold old henna
I ordered henna which had an expiration date of 2028. Halfway through the bag their henna turnt stale and no longer stained my hair. I always store my henna powder in the freezer and have been using henna for over two years. This did not occur with the last bag I ordered from them. They obviously sold an old henna crop. I have never had henna go bad when I used the Jamila brand or Henna Sooq.
Customer service did absolutely nothing to compensate and made me feel it was my fault therefore I cannot recommend this company.

Great Company with Great Customer Service...
Great Company with Great Customer Service. Has some really good products at really good price points. I had seen the brand's products in other sites, but never bought from them directly before. The price per mg of the products I was looking for were some the best on the current markets. Would def buy from them again. Make sure check for when they run discounts!

They seem to be illiterate...
Vitamatic doesn't even know simple units of measure. Milligrams is always mg. The pills I bought are labeled MG! That's Mega Gravity, not milligrams. This is what they do for a living, yet they can't do it. If they can't get simple units right, how can we trust them on anything more complex, like vitamins?
