I’m sorry to hear you’re still unhappy. I genuinely want to help — we spoke for nearly an hour by phone three weeks ago (on a Saturday), and I’ve also tried calling again today, even though I’m currently visiting my mum in hospital. I ordered and received my Omega3 kit. The instructions were straight forward and simple to follow.
Everything I needed for obtaining my dried blood spot collection was included in the package, received promptly in the mail after ordering.
The enclosed priority paid return envelope made it easy to send my blood sample off.
