The staff was very prompt and professional with response for each question or concern throughout this process

produced a great resume in the stated time frame with a great layout

I worked with them in the past. The product they produced was sub-par at best. When I reached out to communicate my displeasure I was never responded to. The typos and errors were inexcusable. The LinkedIn page they set up was not professional at all.
