Two weeks waiting for an order, slow response to emails, told it would be sent last week and five day later still nothing and no reply to my email asking for a refund. Shocking service, poor customer service. Do not recommend ordering from Vithit.

Good quality product
I used to have a subscription but then I looked into the product a bit more, the lack of clarity and refusal to say how much sugralocse is in the drinks is concerning.
I don't think it's fair to advertise yourself as a healthy drink.

We are obviously disappointed to hear that you have cancelled your subscription. For independent companies like ours, every customer is treasured.
Please note that VITHIT, along with all other drinks companies, must follow EU and UK regulations when it comes to labelling. Neither regulator requires us to put the specific weight of sucralose in the ingredients list. However, ingredients must appear from highest to lowest in weight (see EU Food Information Regulation 1169/2011). Sucralose currently sits near the very end of our ingredients list.
When one compares us to high sugar, high caffeine drinks in this context, we are quite comfortable in claiming that our drinks are better for you than the alternatives - VITHIT

Not only are the drinks tasty, but are better for you than other soft drinks.
My son when visiting has stopped taking a well known sugary brand from my fridge and is now drinking Vithit

Efficient & friendly customer service. Would have ordered more stock but they can only take payments by credit card and not by invoice or pro forma. Such a shame as product is very good.

Bit disappointing - clever marketing
I like the concept behind vithit and the branding is great, but I was disappointed to discover it contains sucralose (E955). After looking into this sweetener, there are increasing concerns around its impact on gut health, inflammation and metabolic health, especially with regular consumption.
For a drink positioned as a healthy option, using an artificial sweetener that many people actively try to avoid feels like a contradiction. I’d happily pay more for a version without sucralose or with a more natural alternative.
Until then, I’ll be avoiding it.
