Having had many stationary job's in my working life.
Having had many stationary job's at desk and only just started going to the gym, this was a breath of fresh air! to go along side my exercises in the gym. I loved that you not only cared about the physical well being but the emotional and the mental health being. The exercises for sitting at the desk are brilliant and doable! I'm looking forward to continuing this journey, the reminders will help out tremendously!

Excellent tool
My company has just rolled this tool out and it's excellent. It offers a full desk assessment to check you're at the right distance from your desk, your screen is at the right height etc. either at home or in the office. The stretch reminders are great too, I lose track of time when I'm working, they only take 5 minutes and really help.

its the gentle reminders in life
Fantastic online support - the reminders to do your exercises and stretches is a great little tool. How often do we say, "Oh, I'll do it late,r" then forget? The online videos and reminders are absolutely great and have helped me a lot - top work!

Extremely helpful for work!
The Display Screen Equipment Assessment course from Vida proved very helpful for me, especially working from home & having an existing condition. The assessment gave me a great insight into my set up and the results were tailored perfectly for me, to incorporate exercises and stretches into my routine - which I'm sure all of us are guilty of not doing! The team feedback function is great for management and productivity too! Overall I would recommend Vida for the ease of use, helpful feedback and regular reports. Thank you!

Vitrue Health daily exercises and stretches
I have recently started using Vitrue Health in my workplace again as my lower back was starting to niggle me. The short exercises and stretches really help and I now receive daily notifications on my laptop to take a break and actually do the exercises! I look forward to the daily reminders!

I enjoy the desk Yoga
I enjoy the desk Yoga. Had a niggly back pain which I reported via the VIDA intro forms and, as well as providing instant relief, the various 5 minute sessions provided really helped clear it up .
