Great to see how best to set up my home office to reduce the chances of RSI

Hi, the site was really useful, so easy to do a desk assessment. We had a vida virtual webinar for my company which was excellent, and gave me so much information on how to use the site, perform personal assessments in my own time and manage pain. Overall, it's an excellent tool and site to use for working individuals.

his program is a fantastic way to review your workspace and optimize for comfort and long term health benefits. It's a helpful refresher on proper posture and healthy habits for working at a desk for 5-8 hours a day.

The tips I've received as a person spending at least 50 hours a week working in front of a computer, be it at home or in the office, were indeed helpful for creating and improving my workspace. They may seem like small details, but their effect on the ones well being is not to be neglected. Great service and a great idea overall.

Wonderful way to quickly assess working from home health!

This leaning and process was very interesting and useful especially as a remote worker. The assessment gave me opportunity to change my layout and make sure I was in the best possible position and environment to keep safe in regards to my health and working at a desk from home.
