ViVA Property Community Avis 

This is a wonderful community and the content is full on. I'm learning a lot so far and can't wait to make my first move. Thank you Muchael and the ViVA team.

I first saw Michael speak on stage about 10 years ago. I was so inspired that I emailed him afterwards to tell him how much I enjoyed his presentation on stage. Looking back now, I only wish I'd joined Michael back then. Haha!

We are not new to property courses and have done a few others over the years and while some were quite good, they were often a bit light on detail or too broad, leaving you wondering which direction to take. After seeing some of Michael's social media posts a few months ago, we decided it was time to join Viva—a decision we're very happy with.

We are currently about halfway through the Viva Subs & Splits online course and have just attended their bootcamp. Even at this stage, I can confidently say it has been one of the best investments we've made in our property education.

The online course is providing a solid foundation, while the bootcamp helped bring the concepts to life. Working through real deals, collaborating on challenges, and hearing from experienced speakers across a range of topics added valuable practical insights.

One of the biggest highlights of the bootcamp was the people. We met so many genuine, supportive and like-minded people. It truly made for a fantastic weekend.

As for Michael, what has impressed me most about him is his authenticity. He genuinely wants the best for his students. He's open about both the successes and the challenges he's faced, making the learning practical, relatable and grounded in real experience.

After the weekend we've come away with greater confidence, a much clearer understanding of the manufactured growth strategy, and we're excited to continue through the course and put what we're learning into action.

A huge thank you to Michael and the entire Viva team. If the first half of the journey is anything to go by, I can't wait to see what the rest has in store.

Our first contact with Viva was positive, genuine and helpful in that it explained exactly what was involved and expected from both parties, and subsequent communications have lived up to first impressions! Viva has an outstanding wealth of knowledge that is easily accessible and brilliantly explained, so that even a first timer (like me!) can understand the concepts and I am looking forward to putting them into practice.

I don't usually give gushing reviews, but our experience so far after joining the Viva community has been outstanding! Michael and his team have been proactive, accommodating and supportive right from the start, and the whole community seems to be equally encouraging. We're working our way through the materials and looking forward to putting what we're learning into practice.

I joined the Viva Community (Splits & Subs) about five months ago and it’s been a really positive experience. Coming from a building background, I wanted to strengthen my understanding of deal structuring, feasibilities and subdivisions, and I’ve taken a lot of value from it.

Michael Tiemens and the Viva program provides a detailed yet simple to follow strategy on manufactured growth strategies, with a particular focus on subdivisions. He also has a broader team of experts that you can work with such as legals, tax and accounting. The community is also great and is formed from all other members looking to improve themselves both on a property and personal level.

Michael is well known in the industry as a property developer, investor and coach/ mentor. Two words to sum it up - Very valuable! I found VIVA program with Michael Tiemens to be very valuable. It goes beyond subdivision deals and focuses on building the structure, systems and habits to run a development business. Additionally Michael and his team are highly responsive, and the weekly support sessions provides in depth mentorship. You get what you put into it.

Micheal and the whole team are amazing and knowledgeable. They are very approachable , patient and happy to guide you through deals. They are a genuine community of property investors. Highly recommend if you want to understand the how, of making the right decisions and understanding how to number crunch and due diligence for small or large projects. Viva also has alot of great connections from all areas to do with property .

I joined in January this year. I find the engagement by Michael and his team very genuine. I have been with 2 other platforms but now finally receiving the authentic information I need to move forward. All the team and even the members are so eager to help guide with their own experiences with their projects and Michael gets serious involved to guide where needed. I am do glad I decided to be part of this group.

The Viva Program gave me a much clearer understanding of how property development actually works from start to finish. Really don't normally leave reviews but Viva has been one of the most valuable decisions I've made in 2026. It's not just theory or a course you pay for and then get basic templates, you're actually gettinf access to insight support and real world experience from people doing the work and being really open about it. There's also a good sense of accountability too which makes a big difference when you're trying to grow and stay consistent.

If you're serious about property and want to be around people who are playing at a higher level Viva is 100% worth it.
