There is a complete absence of customer…

There is a complete absence of customer service, no one on ‘ live chat’ no one answers emails and I don’t believe they are licensed to work in the UK anyway.
Don’t bother, total waste of time and money

UPDATE. 2 weeks later I was emailed by ‘customer service’ who wrote a lot of words that said nothing and essentially I felt they were laughing at the complaint and didn’t care if their customers were unhappy. So essentially they proved my point, giving zero. Customer service. RIP off site.

I won money on this casino

I won money on this casino, it’s now been 12 days with my withdrawal pending. No response to my emails, live chat doesn’t work.

I’m not really sure if I’ll ever get the funds I won.

Update: they reached out to me a month later and the withdrawal went through.

Keeping my review score the same due to the delays.

Masakra

Gram w kasynach online od ponad 4 lat, ale z taką sytuacją jeszcze się nie spotkałem. Podczas gry kilkukrotnie wpadła wygrana, która nie została automatycznie dopisana do salda. Za pierwszym i drugim razem zostało to zignorowane, dopiero za trzecim razem zrobiłem zdjęcia (godzina, obrót) i złożyłem reklamację.
Czas rozwiązania problemu miał wynosić kilka dni, jednak konsultanci przez cały czas odpisywali w kółko to samo, bez realnej pomocy. Dopiero po 7 dniach wygrana została ręcznie dopisana, co samo w sobie jest absurdem.
Kolejnym etapem była weryfikacja konta — i tu nastąpił następny szok. Proces trwał kilka dni, po czym bez jasnego wyjaśnienia otrzymałem maila o stałej blokadzie konta. Brak konkretów, brak dialogu, brak szacunku do gracza.
Całość sprawia wrażenie chaosu, braku profesjonalizmu i problemów z uczciwym rozliczaniem wygranych. Zdecydowanie nie polecam — są dużo lepsze i bardziej rzetelne kasyna online.

I activated the bonus, but then realized that I wouldn't be able to wager it due to time limits. I reached out to Max to see if there was anything we could do. He was quick to help me cancel the bonus. So, I was able to keep my own money untouched and just keep playing without any stress.
