I also sent them my bank statement (which they also requested), and it has been about a week since I last sent them an email, and no one has responded. This means that I have been unable to get my money for over a month, even though I have provided complete and accurate information.

They do not respond to my request to indicate the time frame for their review, although they should indicate the time frame and the reason for such a lengthy review.

yeah they are a scam and the good reviews here are bots , there is no welcome bonus , i signed up put in 10 meant to get 40 thats ther main advertisment , Ian the live chat agent says because you didnt verify email and phone number we cant add it , a system error of theres they never emailed me as they cant send emails to icloud addresses , this is dodgy behaviour there not legitimate , better i knew now instead of 500 euro deep in deposits tho ! stay away

Refused to do anything. “Reached out” to relevant team despite them not working. Refused me adr information and manager request. Complete scam. All 5 star reviews are fake. 4 days later no email. Support are limited. Background teams non existent. They are complete phonies. Don’t sign up.
