Complete scam, was lead to believe they were legit and after 3 months of them slowly convincing me to deposit more and more funds for faster results...poof they're completely gone. They even tried convincing me to take a $50,000 line of credit from my bank to fund the account. All their contact numbers are out of service and the website for the investor login is gone as well.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GIVING THESE SCAMMERS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

Please stay away, scammers, looters, slowly slowly make you invest small amount and tel you all these crazy things and you end up investing more money and it disappears.

I’ve been emailing Sean Ricci for an appointment to discuss my investment but no reply, he told me he can make me £700 a month easy but suddenly gone quiet so I’m now assuming it’s a scam as he was calling me constantly up to a month ago,
I’ve reported it to the authorities until such times as I get to the bottom of it

Christopher Bellak of Vivatox is a smooth talking criminal. How he sleeps at night I don't know.

Fake fake please stay away. They take money, supposedly open accounts, show profits at first, and suddenly they withdraw the money, the account remains open with no movement, and suddenly the account is closed for no reason! They are thieves, stay away. Frank Obyr and your company in the other world, stolen things are useless, know that!!

Not Impressed because I experienced so many difficulties dealing wit them, but In just 3 month of dealing with UpHorizon was a life changing experience so I'm out of here.

BEWARE that they are "very" good at gaining your confidence & eventually taking your money ....They play the LONG-GAME, working with you, getting you comfortable, letting you withdraw smaller amounts, gaining your confidence, "all-along" getting you to increase amounts deposited. They manipulate their Web-site with "fake" Trades convincing you that they have your best interest in mind & that you are making some significant gains. You can see the manipulated "fake" gains on their WebTrader Platform
They even "bait" you with what they call a BONUS Deposit (that they "presumably" add to your account), to increase your potential to make more. They reach out to you to keep in contact (ALL to just gain your confidence), then once you deposit some more. The contact disappears. Their PHONE #'s are NO LONGER in use. They do NOT return your e-mails & they Do NOT process your "WITHDRAWL" Request via Vivatox.io. It is a longer term Confidence SCAM with you (as the Consumer/Investor) being ripped-off/scammed. They also tell you NOT to tell you Bank that the requested funds are related to their On-Line/Crypto based Investment (when you transfer funds to them), they say that the BANK "compete" with them in this regard & as such they warn you NOT to disclose the transaction with the BANK. They also have a detailed Website set up that gives you some confidence that they are REAL ... but in fact all of this contributes to their longer term SCAM. They send you false info on their back-ground (in particular one SCAMMER masquerading as "Jamie William Lewin"). And they further try to bait you with potential gains suggesting that they will make you a lot of money via an "Arbitrage" Transaction ...
Upon further investigation, in dealing with them via one Trading platform "EXODUS", the EXODUS contact confirmed that they are a SCAM. Further to this if you query VIVATOX via ChatGPT (or) Google, you will see many comments relative to them being a SCAM Company. Be fore-warned & beware that they will gain your confidence & then SCAM you. I am also moving forward with reporting VIVATOX & their "contacts" to the O.P.P. (Ontario Provincial Police "Fraud-Dept."), along with reporting them to R.C.M.P. (Royal Canadian Mounted Police "Fraud-Dept.") and also to CTV's Consumer Protection (TV Reporter), in which I will provide them with e-mails, & recorded voicemails of the SCAMMERS... They MUST be stopped from SCAMMING people from their hard-earned cash. Also (as per the EXODUS Contact) be aware that you do "NOT" let them gain access to your Computer/Files by telling you that they will help you via EXODUS or any other platform by giving them access to your info by a program called "ANYDESK", in which they can copy your key-strokes, passwords &/or any other confidential info, in which they can gain access to your EXODUS (Crypto-Wallet)

Vivatox just stole all my investments and profits. They worked with me for 4 months until the big profits "showed on my Vivatox Webtrader account" and then they asked me to pay their commissions and taxes before i could get my profit. They stole this money and emptied my account. This is real! Am left with nothing and a lot of worries and loss.

I’ve been using the Standard account with Vivatox for a few weeks now, and I’ve had a positive experience so far. The platform is user-friendly and responsive, which makes trading feel seamless. While I don’t have a personal account manager, the live support team is always there when I need help, and their response time is quick. Don’t use them .
It’s all going good until you ask for your money back not only you won’t get it back but they will try to scam you more to put more money in their account.
When you make withdrawals request they will make you upload more documents also sign a printed form that never exist and what they will do by the time you will do all that they will invest your money in a dirty way do you can loose it all .
I’ve reported them to fraud investigators team also to financial conduct authority

Understand the basic so you don't end up regretting like other users, They are good actors are manipulators. All I could do to avoid being swept clean was involving M4Dr and to my surprise no dime was left behind.

Was redirected to Vivatox after answering and ad on Instagram that said you can start making money by using AI to do stock investing. What a lie. A high pressure salesperson directed me to start investing in FOREX. Then started asking about all my other investments and how he could make even more. Bottom line, there was no AI doing any work and almost two months later, half the money is missing. SCAM , stay away, stay FAR AWAY. Asked for my money back two weeks ago and that's when the initial investment started disappearing.

SCAM ALERT! Do not believe that these cowboys are a legitimate company, I have traded with them since December 2024 and supposedly have made 6k profit. I took 6k from my credit card to invest in the platform. At first Chtistopher Bellak a supposed senior trading manager led me to believe that I could take my money out whenever I wanted, he contacted me by phone on a daily basis whilst pressuring me to put money in. As soon as I put a withdrawl request in for my £6k back, contact pretty much stopped apart from Christopher Bellak stating he couldn't withdraw it for a week and this has gone on for 2 weeks and there is no sign of a withdrawl or my money!! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Any decent law abiding company will not do this.

UPDATE 19/2/2025
I have been requesting the withdrawl of my money for 10 days now with little response from Vivatox customer support nor Christopher Bellak. I received a phone call today from Christopher Bellak telling me unless I withdraw my review I wouldn't get my money back. I emailed him to ask that all correspondence be in writing and that a detailed response in writing is required from him and the company as to why they are witholding my money from me. Guess what, no reply back!
