Viva transfers Avis 

Flight was 40 minutes late and was worried that the transfer wouldn't be there....it was!....really nice lady waiting to take us to Corralejo.

Our flight from the UK to Tenerife was delayed by three and half hours. I rang Viva to explain the situation and a polite lady told me to keep her updated and she would see what she could do to find a driver when we landed.

Whilst waiting for baggage to arrive after landing, I rang Viva. Another polite lady said she would try to find a driver who was available. She rang back within two minutes to say that there would be one waiting for us in the arrivals hall. He was there with our name and efficiently took us to our hotel.

This was superb customer service bearing in mind that I had booked a transfer for three and a half hours earlier and to find a driver at such short notice was brilliant.

We used Viva for our transfer from Fuerteventura airport to Correlajo and back. The driver was in the arrivals hall waiting for us and collected us bang on time for our return trip. Both journeys were done in a nice air conditioned mini bus which were spotlessly clean. Can’t fault them!

We used vivatransfers for a return trip from Las palmas Airport to hotel, both trips drivers were on time & polite. Price was really competitive, confirmation & email updates sent promptly. Would definitely use again & recommend

Used them for a return trip from Aracefe airport to Playa Blanca they turned up on time and did what we paid for great service

Once again used VIva Transfers for our journey from Tenerife South Airport to Costa Adeje. Once again superb service, driver waiting for us in arrivals hall, quick transfer to our hotel in a clean taxi and we’ll mannered driver. Arrived at our hotel ten minutes prior to booked time and once again trouble free journey to the airport. Always use Viva for our transfers and have never had any problem.

Viva Transfers is an excellent taxi service. I have already left a review from when i holidayed in Lanzarote in Aug/Sept 22.
My granddaughter and her boyfriend are returning from Fuengirola today and i booked their airport transfers with Viva Transfers because i knew that they would be looked after. I wasnt let down and again VivaTransfers delivered an excellent service. Thank you Miguel et el for your wonderful service.

Excellent! Very responsive. Reasonably priced. Driver waiting for us as we arrived through Fuerteventura Airport holding a sign with my name on it and lead us to clean mini van for private transfer to resort.

Driver was exactly on time for the airport return journey.

Both drivers were courteous, friendly and efficient. Will not hesitate to book again.

Do not use took payment for return journey and failed to turn up waited 2 hours and didn’t even inform until I called and was told there was a strike however a local taxi was called last minute by them to arrange a collection.
My booking had been made over 2 weeks ago and now ignoring me as I want to cancel and be refunded for my journey home I do not want to be stranded again

Clean cars ,professional drivers, and more importantly on time for pickups.

This is our first trip to Lanzarote booked Viva Transfers for €37 return trip absolutely excellent service, waiting in arrivals when we got there and outside our apartment in PDC 10 minutes before pickup time this morning, would definitely use again and save the hassle of having to book a taxi from the apartment.

Only giving one star as I have too!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone!! Complete disaster…. Transfers were Late on arrival by 1 hour we had to phone to see where they were!! Then the bus driver wasn’t told that we had kids in our booking so had to wait another 20mins while she made calls back and forth to see if the kids were allowed to travel with no car seats (that we paid separate for to insure the kids had them) bus was then unable to drive due to tachograph issues which meant we were left sitting on the bus with no air-con with 4 babies and 4 kids for well over a hour!! We booked private transfers so we would be at our hotel quicker as we were travelling with so many children, turns out we weren’t at our hotel until 2 hours later than we should have been. The transfers back to the airport on the way home were a disaster too!! A smaller bus arrived to collect us (8 adults and 8 kids) that had no boot space for luggage! We had 10 large suitcases and 5 prams!! All the luggage and prams were squeezed into the bus isle once we were all in seats!! They did send car seats for our return transfer but EVERY car seat was broke and falling apart definitely not fit for purpose! The air con on the bus home leaked all over one of the adults and one of the bags was soaked with leaking air con. We have emailed a number of times about the service and have had no reply’s!! I would 100% NEVER recommend this transfer company!!!

Just want say what a courteous and professional company and very polite drivers, on time and very clean vehicles. also goid prices too. Waiting with sign to pick us up at the airport at fuertaventura as promised I would definitely recommend there services .

100% recommend Viva Transfers, they were excellent for our recent transfers from the airport and back again when we departed back home. Was €38 each way prebooked for a six seater car to/from Costa Adeje (Tenerife). There was only four of us but we wanted to spread out a bit. Arriving at TFS our flight from Manchester was delayed by an hour and they were still waiting ready in arrivals for us regardless. Coming home, the driver was ready outside our accommodation 15 minutes before our pick up time. Both English speaking drivers and were really lovely people. Plus instead of the six seater we had paid for, we were given an air-conditioned 12 seater minibus for both journeys which was so much better. Honestly was so stress free not having to join that taxi queue at the airport or find a taxi on the day we were leaving.
So easy to book or make changes too using their online booking system.

Der Fahrer war pünktlich, sprach allerdings nur sehr gebrochen englisch und war entsprechend kurz angebunden.
Fahrzeug sauber und größer als bestellt.
Die vorhandene Klimaanlage war trotz der sehr hohen Temperatur im Fahrzeug ausgeschalten.

Kindersitz (für ein einjähriges Baby) absolut inakzeptabel. Uralt und das Polstermaterial schaute hervor. Zudem war unklar wie er zu montieren ist. Den Fahrer hat das alles nicht interessiert…
Aufgrund des schlechten Zustands und der fehlenden Montageanleitung haben wir uns dazu entscheiden den Sitz nicht zu benutzen.

I had a transfer booked and paid for to pick my family up from fuengurola Beach Hotel on the 2nd of August at 7:05 to take us to malaga Airport, when it didn't arrive by 7:20 i rang them and was told the taxi had broken down and to make my own way to the airport, they didn't seem to bothered about it, i got a refund today but the experience i had was terrible, i will never use them again

Booked on line easy booking met at arrival barrier with our name clearly visible lovely gent driven safely to our hotel collect on time at our reception by another friendly young gent driven safely back to airport would highly recommend Viva transfer communication with the operator was 5 star nothing too much trouble Thankyou for a great service x

I recently traveled with Viva Transfers, in July 22, and had the most rewarding experience to find the driver waiting for me when I arrived in Fuerteventura Airport.

On coming out of baggage he was waiting for me displaying my name on a card.

On my return to the Airport viva Transfer’s driver arrived on the time I gave for my pickup which was (06-25am) spot on time. They are an excellent company, and I will be using their service again in two months time.

If you’re using a transfers from your Airport to your accommodation don’t hesitate in booking a very reliable company use Viva Transfers, you won’t regret it.
