STILL WITHHOLDING MY MONEY! DISGRACEFUL, SCAM...
I purchased a wardrobe and desk - took ages to be delivered.
Tried to assemble the wardrobe it is extremely poorly made and the quality is very very poor. Nothing like the pictures and took 2 of us about 7 hours to assemble and still the doors don't fit properly!
I.didn't even try to do the desk and requested a return and complained sent pictures and videos regarding the wardrobe - the desk was collected quickly and was expecting a full refund as promised within 7 days - this was the beginning of Sept 23, yes you've guessed still got a terrible wardrobe and no refund. I've literally lost count of the amount of emails that have been exchanged with what would seem bog standard " rest assured we are dealing with this" now nearly Dec and still no refund! No it would seem the shops are closed and nothing available on the website!!!
Disgusting! Dodgy! Withholding funds! Appalling!
TOTAL SCAM!!!

Vivense cancelled my order without notifying me

I ordered a wardrobe from this website at the beginning of October. The estimated delivery date said mid to end of November. When it was coming up to end of November, I emailed the customer services team, asking if they have an estimate of when my item will arrive, and I received a very impersonal response that they regret to inform me that my order has been cancelled. I was not told when it has been cancelled, nor given the reason for cancellation. If I had not contacted them myself, I would not have even known about the cancellation. This is terrible customer service, and I have now lost a month and a half of my time and have been living with a pile of clothes on the floor, when I could have ordered a new wardrobe. Now I probably won't receive anything until the new year. Very disappointed. Also, we have not had our refund yet! Have emailed Vivense on Friday, and not heard back.

PLEASE AVOID

PLEASE AVOID! I hardly write reviews but this one I had to - to warn people about the quality of their products and customer service. I deeply regret not reading customer reviews before purchasing. We ordered a bookshelf and had to wait over two months for this. On opening the box we discovered chipped shelves so I took photos. Then when we tried to erect the bookshelf we couldn't - it was so poorly made. Holes not big enough for screws to go through; legs wobbly; and just all around an inferior product. We took some more photos and sent across via their form as there is NO contact number. It has been over a month and I have been chasing and all I get told is "someone will get back to me". Please AVOID at all costs. I am about to go through my credit card supplier to investigate and ask for a full refund.

Vivense is out of trade

Vivense is out of trade.

I bought a Leo Sofa in August 2023 and after delivery delays I found out the order was cancelled and the do not take any new orders in their website, one from Vivense ever let me know, I claimed a full refund and got a suspicious response, hence I immediately filed a Chargeback Claim with my bank that was successful and got my money back.

The website is closed down and I hope the never come back, I would never buy again from them.

Back again - AVOID AVOID

It’s now been a week since they replied below that someone will get back to me. Nothing! Still have a table with missing parts and no refund for the mirror I NEVER received. A total of c.£400 you know! Like this money grows on tree. God, what possessed me to use this company 😭😭😭. Trust pilot, there is no way these lot have a 2.8 rating, it should be 1 star! Please investigate this company.

I did not received my sofa ordered on…

I did not received my sofa ordered on 14th August, it was cancelled by Vivense on the first week November. Vivense does not inform me about the refund, they refuse to give me a deadline to refund me.

Scandalous customer service

Scandalous customer service. Waited for weeks with no update regarding delivery. Contacted their CS to be informed that my order had been cancelled without my knowledge. No apology and no refund. Back and forth with CS via email is absolutely pointless, identical automated responses being sent over and over. Beyond disappointed and infuriated.

Order was cancelled and i was only informed after trying to find out the delivery date. No updates on the refund although i’ve been chasing them for weeks now and i only received vague automated replies.

Been waiting 2 months for my shoe cabinet , when emailed to ask where it is they have told me it’s cancelled in transit , and now they will not respond and I believe I’ve lost all my money

Vivense Cancelled My Order and not refunded

I placed an order on the 4th October with the item arriving in the delivery depot on the 23rd October. I was told 2-3 weeks before the order would be sent out. Nothing arrived and a month later I have to reach out to them to ask on the status of the order and they then tell me they cancelled my order, no sign of a refund either on their end.

Terrible experience all round!

Terrible customer service

I ordered a coffee table which took 8 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived there was an issue with the top of the coffee table so it was agreed that they would send out a replacement. The replacement never turned up so they claimed to send a second version. When I followed up to receive tracking detail they went silent. I have follow up numerous times requesting a refund with no response. Reading the other reviews about the physical stores closing has caused me concern that I won't hear anything now. Would not recommend at all, avoid at all costs.

don't buy from them

I ordered a desk on the 4th of August and it arrived damaged on the 25th of September.
This was understandable and i accept these things happen.
A customer rep assured me that they were sending out replacement parts for me and it would take 4-5 weeks.
I was a little annoyed because i had already waited a month but i accepted it and waited.
Its now the 22nd of November and NOTHING.
They have stopped replying and are just outright ignoring me now.

update : now 27th and still no reply even after a very fake message back to this review..

Bad customer experience and no refund

(Says I’m in AU as I’m here for holiday while writing this but I’m London based)

I ordered two products from Vivense

Product 1: a wardrobe and the side panel was bent so nothing fits perfectly. Contacted customer services (via email as it’s the only way). Been told they can’t refund or ship a new panel

Product 2: a chest of drawers fully paid for and was told during the same conversation / complaint for product 1 that product 2 can not be fulfilled. No reason as to why and no refund has been provided.

Horrible customer service as all my questions are avoided. Still waiting for formal notification my product 2 won’t arrive and refund processed. And product 1 still faulty.

Basically this is stealing money!? I have no option but to report to trading standards

good products but horrible after-sales

We ordered a Hall Tree which looked great in the photos. The product arrived and the mirror was horribly cracked. We also found that the screw supplied did not match or fit the holes based on the description. We visited the website but the description sales click on the support button which doesn't exist. After frantically looking around on the site for a contact number we gave up and emailed after-sales support regarding the damage and incorrect screws. 2 weeks have passed and still no response.

They have good prices and furniture but if you need any after-sales help you'll have better luck getting blood from stone.

Don't bother.

UPDATE - 2 computer generated emails received claiming options are being looked at when the only reasonable option is a refund. Time wasting. Ordered a flat pack coffee table. The drawer front was incorrect so I emailed them and they said they'd send the correct part and to build the rest of the table. I found that the back part hanot been drilled correctly and emailed them and they said they'd send a replacement. The drawer front arrived some weeks later but not the other part. After some weeks I emailed to ask how much lingrr I'd have to wait and they claimed they'd sent it. I told them only the drawer front had arrived and they said they'd look into it. They then emailed to say a replacement was being shipped then a week later they emailed to say the order had been cancelled with no explanation. I'm now left with a table I can't use as its unstable without the back part. I've emailed them to say I want a refund and they can have the table parts back at their expense and they emailed stating they'd consider it and I'd have a response in a week. Still waiting a fortnight later and they aren't answering my emails. Avoid.
