Wouldn’t order from here again

I ordered a piece of furniture and after 6 weeks only half the item was delivered ( box 2/2) I contacted the courier company and Vivense , who then asked me to tell them what parts of cabinet were missing and they would re order which could take another 6 weeks!! I explained I didn’t know what parts were missing as in box I received there was no paperwork or instructions so no way I could advise. No proper apology and had to ask for a full refund which they advised could take up to 14 working days. I would avoid

Avoid!

I am changing my opinion of this company after waiting 3 months for a refund on a cancelled order. I've chased multiple times even given them the 30 working days they said it would take to process a simple refund. Today another thank you for your patience email but no refund. I was given a discount for the first review I wrote (like the positive reviews below) but now I don't trust them to place another order.

Damaged goods awaiting refund over 2 weeks

Ordered 2 items leas time was over 6 weeks had I realised would not have ordered.
1 item cam damaged sent pictures on 31st of August been very hard to contact company. When did requested a refund as another 6-8 weeks delivery for replacement.
Still no refund.
An exceptionally hard company to contact any issues Lead time to long.

Save your money and never buy from this shop

So I bought a dressing table from Vivense and it took nearly 2 months to arrive. When it finally arrived, whilst assembling I noticed that it was missing some joint screws for the drawers so I send them a message explaining this. They replied and asked me to send pictures of the type of screws missing, which I did. They said the missing items had been ordered and will be arriving in about 6-7 weeks. So I waited again and when they came, guess what, there are the wrong screws.
So 3 whole months of dealing with this company. I am disgusted by the whole experience.
I want to rate the 0 if I could.

Edit: That response from Vivense is very patronising. Right now, they are sending me an email asking so how many parts do you need as if I didn't explain this already (I even send images).
To any future customer, please stay away from them.

I give NO stars - AVOID!!

I give NO stars - Terrible customer service. Poor quality - AVOID.
I've spent over 2 weeks emailing customer service to get my chaise sofa repaired/replaced as 2 of the legs do not reach the floor!!? Have been told to repair it myself, WTH!? Do yourself a massive favour and just do not bother with this cheap and nasty company, the customer service is shocking - Just read the reviews, it's not worth it, go elsewhere. Photos show the difference in height between the 2 pieces, the middle legs not reaching the floor, notebook to highlight the space. The sofa and chaise do not line up or attach correctly, Who sells a sofa with 2 legs off the ground!? This should have been solved immediately, but no, I am still asking them to fix it, THEY SAID, THEY WILL NOT, I HAVE ASKED TO BE REFERRED TO A MANAGER, THEY ALSO WILL NOT!!! Disgusting! Consumer Rights Act 2015 states products must be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, they are breaking the law - I will be contacting Trading Standards - how long before these cowboys are out of business!!!

Company is a complete scam

Company is a complete scam, half the wardrobe was missing, huge chips in parts sent, none of the parts fit together correctly
The policy states that you can't return assembled products, how on earth are you supposed to know its so bad until you start assembling it
Also have to pay for it to be returned and they have to right to not issue the refund once they've received the returned product
Half the wardrobe was missing they offered to send out the missing parts but it will take 6+ weeks or they would give me £70 back on a £450 pound wardrobe the mirror doors were missing, handles and rails to hang clothes 😑 I want my full refund!
Absolute joke of a company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Quite satisfied with service

We purchased a wardrobe for our home. It arrived quite swiftly. Erdem, who came for assembly afterwards, quickly assembled the wardrobe. The wardrobe is quite strong and of good quality. I am quite satisfied with the service I received.

The worst.

The worst order i have ever bought. Missing parts, delivery time was too long, holes are in the wrong places, instructions not in english, some parts don't look like the ones on the instructions.

Never ordering from them again.

Broken Parts. Extremely long delivery time. Waited for 3 months and still don't have a usable product

I ordered Nonso Hall Tree, Oak 3 months ago and nightmare began.

Delivery took a few weeks (this wasn't too bad). However some parts were broken - very much like the others that left reviews here.

I contacted Customer Service and asked for replacement. I gave them photo evidence that they requested, and they promised to re-deliver the broken parts.

One and a half month passed without any update from them. I sent an email again to ask, and was told that the re-delivery was missed, and I needed to wait for another 6-7 weeks for the broken parts. They did not even try to do a speed delivery even though it had all been their fault so far.

I was given another option to refund but I needed to re-package all parts by myself so that they could be taken up by a delivery driver.

So in total I spent 3 months without having a usable product. A lot can happen in 3 months - season changed, kids finished their summer holiday, mortgage rate hiked a few times. Someone said only change is the only constant in life. That's not true. Delivery status of the Vivense product that I bought didn't change.

Exemplary

The staff at vivense in Richmond are excellent and the customer service provided by Erdem was the best I have experienced in a delivery and installation.

Very respectful , the company are fortunate to have Erdem as he would be an asset to any business especially as majority of delivery people just don't care about the customer .

I want to also thank the Manager of the store for her prompt and professional manner throughout the process , exemplary and a major asset to Vivense ..

Ordered a wardrobe which came flat…

Ordered a wardrobe which came flat packed. Instructions in Turkish, not an English word on it. None of the parts labeled. Emailed asking for Instructions in English, no reply. Will give it a week then raise a charge back on my card as I cannot assemble the product, have tried and it makes no sense.
