Not an experience I would wish on anyone; avoid.

Very disappointing experience. The attitude and lack of professionalism were concerning, and I would not recommend this business to others.

I had my RF body supersonic cavitation treatment yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My therapist was absolutely wonderful, incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to explain each step clearly, made sure I understood what to expect, and checked in with me often so I felt completely comfortable and reassured.

Her calm, friendly manner instantly put me at ease, and the treatment itself was carried out with real care and precision. I left feeling confident, informed, and already excited about my results. A truly excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Darissa at the Bristol Clinic carried out plasma pen treatment around my eyes and it was a great experience. She was friendly professional and calming, and went beyond the time allowed to ensure I achieved the best result with the least discomfort..i am so happy with the process, the results so far, and the amazing offer on my treatment price.Thankyou Darissa I hope to return for more treatments!

I recently had the most incredible experience at Victoria Clinic, and I cannot recommend it enough. From start to finish, the entire treatment was both professional and deeply relaxing.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Diana, who was truly exceptional. Her expertise and deep knowledge of the procedures gave me complete confidence, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.

My treatment plan was comprehensive and highly effective:
* Fat Freezing: This was handled perfectly, and I was thrilled to see visible results almost immediately.
* Radio Frequency for Eyes: This was a standout—it brightened my eye area straight away, making me look instantly more refreshed.
* Ultrasound for the Chin: This felt absolutely amazing and was such a soothing part of the process.
* Shockwave Therapy: Diana used this following the fat freezing to help with lymphatic drainage, which was the perfect finishing touch.

It is rare to find a clinic where you can see such positive results straight away while also feeling so well looked after. If you are looking for a highly skilled therapist, I highly recommend booking with Diana at Victoria Clinic. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I visited the studio for fat freezing Misbah was really amazing she explained everything about the process and made me feel comfortable.

I attended a consultation at Vivo Body Studio on Tunstall Road, Leeds, on 03/08/2026 and paid £30 for the consultation. Unfortunately, I left without having many of my important questions answered.

I was particularly concerned about the rare side effect of cryolipolysis known as Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH). I asked about this specifically, including what precautions the clinic has in place and what would happen if a client experienced this complication. The consultant I spoke to was pleasant and helpful where she could be, but she told me that she had never encountered a case of PAH and had not heard of it before. This did not give me the reassurance I was looking for.

I was also informed that the machine currently being used had a fault and that only two applicators were working. I wanted further information about this, as well as details regarding the practitioners who would carry out the treatment, including their qualifications, training and experience.

The consultant provided me with the telephone number for a manager named Anthony and said she would message him to let him know that I would be contacting him. I called on 04/08 and left my details, but received no response. I called again on 06/08. The call was screened and I explained who I was. I was told that they would check whether Anthony was available. He was not, and I was advised to leave a message, but there was no option to do so.

I subsequently contacted both the 03300 and 0113 numbers provided on their website page.Again, I was unable to speak to Anthony. I did receive a call back approximately two minutes later, despite not having been given an option to leave a voicemail. I spoke to the lady who had originally booked my consultation and explained that I wanted to speak with Anthony. She advised that he was unavailable but that she would pass my message on to him. Unfortunately, I never received a call back.

I appreciate that the lady I had the consultation with was pleasant, but ultimately I feel that my concerns and questions were not adequately addressed. For a treatment involving potential risks and complications, I believe clients should be able to obtain clear information about the treatment, the equipment being used, and the qualifications and experience of the practitioners.

The lack of communication and failure to return my calls has left me feeling uncomfortable. I would have expected much better communication and reassurance before making a decision about a treatment that I have paid to have a consultation about.

Diana is such a lovely lady
She takes her time and explains procedure to you with the lemon bottle measurements.

Attended the Glasgow clinic for coolsculpting. Cherie and Courtney were both so friendly and reassuring.
Clearly knowledgable about the treatments and answered all my questions thoroughly. Felt very comfortable with them.
Was having my treatments for 1-2 hours and honestly felt like I’d just spent the evening with the girls! Had such a fun time. Will definitely be back.

I had a treatment with misbah
At vivo body studio Victoria. It was very nice and relaxing she was very professional I was doing it for the first time I was very nervous she explained me everything in detail and I did fat freeze and brought the cream thank you I am so happy

A SCAM! AVOID!
Justina was very pleasant, however, 6 weeks after the treatment I most definitely will NOT be returning.
On the day one of the treatments I was supposed to have couldn't happen because their machine had broken, no apology, no offer of a refund or small gesture, then to add insult to injury, she had the nerve to charge me extra for one additional application!
Now, 6 weeks after the 'treatment', after I had been eating clean and drinking more than the minimum amount of water, there has been NO change!, nothing, this is an absolute con, a total scam.
Additionally, they haven't contacted me once to see how it is going, only to pester me to book more sessions.
Awful 'clinic' AVOID!

This is a truthful and honest review on this most awful conduct experience I was very unfortunate to be part of
I booked my treatment and when I got to the venue 10mins before my appointment, there was no staff and clinic room was shut.
I text the vivo customer service & after they contacted the so called experienced staff member, she walked in 15mins later & only just turned up for work!
Due to my complaint regarding this issue as no one lives close by and takes travelling time out of our work schedules, the studio offered me 2 complimentary services again…. My oh my why!!!!
This time, the staff member still wasn’t at the studio & I once again had to contact the customer services…. Yes once again 10mins late; it had taken me an hour and half to get to the venue & of course, I walked out
Please please please do not book anything with this company

I had a consultation at the Victoria clinic with Kayley, I felt so reassured that I decided to progress treatment with her. I had my treatment and she was warm, professional and knowledgeable- she explained each step carefully which put me at ease and I felt prepared for each bit she did- we chatted so much I forgot about any discomfort- look forward to seeing her again- would highly recommend Kayley, she is a gem 💎
