This is an easy way of checking water soluble vitamins and minerals in your body. This is especially important for me since I started reducing my caloric intake. It makes supplementing so much more effective.

Where do I start... this is life changing, I have been working on improving my health over the years, this is the first time I actually had actionable data that I could use to be able to KNOW for sure what I needed to be working on. I have been using Vivoo for over a month now, it tells me where I'm doing well and what I need to work on, it then tells me if I'm improved or if I'm slipping. I was dehydrated, acidic and low on calcium. I was able to work on all of these things and to my delight, after 4 weeks of actively working on these things, I finally got a good score on all of these things! I have tried a few different brands of these type of tests, and these ones have been hands down been my favorite. They are the easiest to use, with the clearest instructions, and the most accurate and easy to understand results. On top of all that they are by far the cheapest and easiest to access.

I have tried the Vivoo at-home smart urine test and the vivoo vaginal ph test. I liked them both, but I really loved the wellness test. I love that it not only tells you your levels, but it also gives you recommendations of how to correct it. I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to get serious about their health!

I used the wellness urine test strips I purchased at Sam’s Club. It’s a great way to test calcium, magnesium, ketones, vitamin C and several other markers. Very easy to use. Just upload a pic to the app and it gives you your results. Also gives you nutritional advice on how to improve your levels. Very inexpensive since you receive 5 test strips.
