The team at Vivup were helpful and communicative and solution focused when attempting to resolve a cycle-to-work scheme problem with a well known chain of cycle shops (the order problem arose on the cycle shop side of things) - would recommend

Excellent customer service

I made a mistake on my order and I was impressed how quickly and efficiently my error was corrected. I just stated the problem and the issue was resolved without any need to answer questions. The emails I received were polite and friendly. I highly recommend Vivup.

Good Customer Service

I made an accidental purchase for the wrong service and Sophie was very helpful at obtaining a refund for me. It's so rare to experience good customer service nowadays and I really value the service I received.

Asa made the experience using your customer service so much easier, it was very difficult to find who to contact. That chat bot is useless and I was already quite frustrated with the process. However once I got in touch with Asa it was smooth sailing. He listened to me. And was extremely helpful

Returning an large item

Unfortunately the fitted oven I ordered was too big and I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Viv-up especially Asa who made returning the oven so easy,
Asa was professional, kept me notified with what was happening, with simple to follow instructions, she even emailed me after the oven had been collected to update me.

Fabulous service

Fabulous service, had a faulty item, struggled to get the manufacturer to advise, contacted Vivup who had initially supplied it and they arranged a replacement without delay.

Clare at vivup was a great help finding the game i ordered and chasing up on why it was not sent by the suppliers 10 out of 10 for customer service from Clare R 😁

I recently contacted Rachael

I recently contacted Rachael, as i completely forgot how to cash out my rewards on Vivup. She was so helpful, she provided me a step by step guide which i applied and the issue was resolved immediately. Now am off to the shops to spend my cash. lol
