Viwoods Avis 20

From the beginning i found this tablet not user friendly, and when I contacted them they told me that it is new tech and there would be frequent software updates over time, and that should make the operation of it easier.
Now comes the serious matter, when I was informed of a new update, an then I tried to switch on the ai paper, nothing happened the tablet was fully charged. I contacted customer service and they gave me steps to reflashing, but I could not achieve this as the tablet would not switch off and switch on, so it could not be recognised by my pc. I have not been helped by customer service, excuses like it Chinese new year etc. I have now a very expensive tablet that does not work and is frozen in like a stby condition. I now regret putting my trust in this company

Terrible after sales experience. I returned a stylus and it's been a month since I'm waiting for a refund... "We will get back to you.." every message. Really disappointing.

Intuitiv geht anders. z.B:
- Etwas aus einem herunterladen, geht zwar nur, wo ist der Download hingekommen?
- etwas vom PC auf das Tablet laden oder umgekehrt funktioniert bei mir nur via ViTransfer also via Server in den USA! Goots no?

Great customer service. AI paper writing experience is better than remarkable paper pro. Hardware is good though software can be better compared to Supernote manta. Return process was very smooth.

I love my viwoods mini.
It's perfect for reading and note taking. It has some flaws but the overall experience is great.

Very simple and reliable device. Perfect for taking notes, reading books and other things. What I like the most, is that the developers constantly working on improving it, issuing updates almost every month instead of developing new devices and forcing you to buy them.

The e ink reader is great and I have both sizes. Main benefits are:

* Being able to take notes on either device and upload to the cloud service of your choice and then see the notes on the other device.
* Full Google store access, I really love using my newspaper app on here.
* Viwoods constantly making updates to improve the user experience.
* Taking notes and linking these to the calendar to make looking back by time really easy.

I have both models and love them. I spent a lot of time learning about the alternatives before landing on Viwoods. The software and hardware do not disappoint. The devices have allowed me to make substantial improvements in how I work.

Viwoods creates a great e-ink device.

The AiPaper is well made both on hardware and software side.
It runs on a custom version of Android then it is easy to find and install applications of daily usage.
In addition, the Viwoods team releases software updates frequently to add new features.

It is equipped with, probably, the best screen on the market for resolution and contrast.
I like this product a lot!

My expectations have been completely fulfilled.
The writing experience is almost better than on certain types of paper: the ability to quickly jot down notes and reorganize them later is what I needed to be more effective and productive.
The new voice recognition and automatic transcription features are what I was waiting for to have a complete work tool that suits all my needs. Congratulations to the development team—the ability to use Android apps is the definitive distinguishing factor.

I love my Viwoods AiPaper. I bought one of the first released in the US last October. I bought it to help me with taking notes for classes. I investigated a number of the other e-ink devices and when it came right down to it the AiPaper was the number one choice.
I love that it does so much more than just take notes. I use it for meetings; for reading and annotating pdfs; and keeping my daily schedule. It is also great that I can utilize my Google apps.
On top of all the features, the response of the development team to provide continuous updates to improve the user experience it another reason for review rating. All I can say is keep up the good work.

I’ve really enjoyed my Viwoods and have both their large and mini device. The company itself is very trustworthy and responds well to customer feedback, and helps quickly if you have any issues. I would recommend them as a reputable company and would recommend the device as well, as it is being continuously improved with iterative updates.

Viwoods has done a great job of providing a solid e-ink tablet experience. The screen is one of the best I've seen, and having access to Google Play really helps increase my productivity with the device. I appreciate how responsive the team is to user feedback and community suggestions, and the continuous updates are great.

I love my Viwoods! I used to have Remarkable and switched to Viwoods. The writing is great, and I also use it to read books and other articles. I do not use it much for emails, but I have configured it on my Viwoods and it works perfectly. The file transfer is very easy and intuitive. The handwriting recognition is almost perfect considering my handwriting! The only issue I have is that somehow it does not connect to my phone's Wi-Fi, but I can easily connect with other networks! I am also impressed with the frequency of the updates and new features—the pace is amazing!

This is just too glitchy. It won’t put my meetings across from google calendar to the diary. The main reason I wanted it was to takes notes in meetings. The paper writing technology is good but every thing else is almost useless. I have tried to get it to work for me for the last 2 days and I am frustrated. I can see all the positive reviews and I’m very disappointed that I do not have the same experience. Because I bought through Amazon I can’t even take advantage of the 100 day cooling off. So I’m stuck with it!!

I use my AI Paper daily, it's been fantastic and the consistent development updates have been very transformative.

There are still some features I'd like to see but the community and communication has been excellent.

Not bad for a Kickstarter!!

Viwoods has been great to work with. Dispatched my pre-order quickly when the product launched. I've been happy with their software updates since launc.

I own both the ai paper and ai mini and they are both amazing. I highly recomend purchasing a Viwoods eink tablet.

Erwartungen für Produkt und Lieferung übertroffen.

Die erwartete Lieferdauer wurde um über eine Woche übertroffen. Dies war die erste schöne Überraschung. Natürlich ist das Produkt das wichtigere daran: Auch da wurden die Erwartungen übertroffen.
In Youtube Videos wurde es als Upgrade zum Remarkable dargestellt und ich nehme an, dass dieses wirklich mit diesem Produkt mithalten kann.
Ich bin unglaublich zufrieden mit a) der Qualität und b) dem Lieferumfang.
