I placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven’t received the goods I purchased. Telephone doesn’t get answered. Emails bounce back. Awful customer service I have informed my bank and ask them to report the activity. The website takes the orders processes the payment but nothing from the people behind the company. I have checked on companies house and the latest information says there are still trading. I wouldn’t recommend this company despite having purchased off them for a few years. Something is very wrong don’t order from this company looks like they are taking peoples money but not providing the goods purchased

I have been ordering from vjuice for years and never had any problems. Only once when my order was late in arriving did I contact them. The person i spoke to was so apologetic, and not only did I receive my order, they sent me double as an apology - a far cry from how they are today. I've just wasted a lot of money on an order that doesn't exist. As others have said, no reply to emails, no answer on phoning, and no help or any sort of life on their info. email. They've obviously gone bust and whoever has taken over is stealing our money. I wish I'd read these reviews before, but i had no reason to doubt vjuice until now. It's a worry, knowing that these crooks could have access to bank details. I hope they're caught whoever they are !

Placed order on 9th January not received items. Tried calling, no answer. Email address is not recognised and contact form is not responded to

Have used VJuice for years but lately service has dropped. Poor quality juice so I switched flavours, now the delivery's are so late I order a month in advance. Oldest order is from 3 weeks ago and it's still processing??? They don't answer the phone or emails.

Regular customer here and been ordered over few years without any problem but recently I ordered 20 bottles of 50/50 juice and arrived as a faulty product, can't get hold with the company, sending emails to them been bounced back, try to contact through the phone number which on the website is no longer existed anymore, so £50 been scammed from them, nowhere I can contact for the refund.

Been to their distribution center which is shown on the Google this afternoon and found out it has been taken over by the other shopkeeper . Obviously this company is not exsit anymore, they must be gone busted.
All the fault bottles I got are expired by dec 2023, the expiry date been covered up by the marker pen.
Please DON'T BUY IT from their website 😡

I have ordered vape juice from VJuice for several years. The company had some technical issues which have been resolved. I continue to place regular orders and I always get fast delivery and the quality of the vape juice is excellent. My favourite is Tuned in Cherry and Black Cherry, my wife loves the Blackcurrant. I have tried juice from other companies but always return to VJuice, so you could say I have tried the rest and returned to the best.

I contacted them and ordered direct. Arctic blast, it’s blue and menthol. What arrived was green snot, I can’t even get it to pour although I would not vape. I have tried to contact but no response.

Having used this company for the past year with no complaints, my latest order has been a farce. It was just my usual liquid order, but when it eventually arrived, it was in bottles wrapped in a hand-written label, and containing the wrong (and vile tasting) liquid.

Attempts to query this with them by phone or online have proved impossible: phone never answered and online never responded to.

Very disappointed as they've been good this past year, but I'm done with them now and won't be using them again.

No product delivery and non-existent communication. Don’t reply to emails, in app chat and they don’t answer the phone. Products ordered on 15th Jan 2021, still not arrived 1st Feb 2021. Poor customer service and non-delivery of products is identified across many social media platforms.
