VK Smile Studio - Dental Health Clinics Avis

I came back for a check up as I was in Antalya, after being examined my extremely talented dentist and dental nurse, she wasnt happy and instead of just fixing the small issue, she changed my whole set and gave me a brand new look. They sorted all the transport and extras needed for my visits to the clinic and made sure i was part of every decision that needed to me made about my new set.

Im forever grateful to everyone at VK Smile for the treatment they've gave to me. Every time I visit the clinic, every member of staff are super friendly and more than helpful at making you feel calm and more importantly, explaining your procedure and the process to you throughout. Communication with the coordinators outside of the clinic is always superb too.

Thank you again VK Smile, I love my new teeth ❤️

Im happy with the high standards of VK Smile Studio. Very professional care from 1st day to the last

Results that is beyond my expectation and backed by a service that I appreciated. All at a reasonable cost. I would recommend VK Smiles without any reservation.

I honestly don’t even know where to start… VK Smile has completely changed my life. 🤍
From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of. The transfers were seamless and so well organised — I never had to worry about a thing. I was picked up on time, every time, and felt completely safe and looked after throughout my entire stay. The accommodation included was also fantastic — clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and recover.
At the clinic, I was treated with so much care, kindness, and professionalism. I was really nervous beforehand, but the team made me feel totally at ease every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything, reassured me, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
And my new teeth… WOW. I am absolutely blown away. They are beyond anything I could have imagined — so natural, so perfectly shaped, and honestly just stunning. I can’t stop smiling! For the first time in a long time, I feel genuinely confident in myself, and that is something I can’t put a price on.
VK Smile haven’t just given me a new smile — they’ve given me my confidence back. I feel like a new person.
If you’re even thinking about getting your teeth done, don’t hesitate, do it for yourself!!!. This team is incredible and truly life-changing. Thank you so much VK Smile — I will be forever grateful! 💫

VK Smile Studio is a very professional organisation, my procedure was very well planned from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dental clinic. I want to thank the staff for their excellent service and support.

The first procedure itself was a bit more intense than we expected, but the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were friendly, reassuring, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the entire process.
The results are incredible—our implants look and feel completely natural, and our confidence has improved so much. We can eat, smile, and speak without any worries, which has made a huge difference in our daily lifes.
I would highly recommend VK Smile Studio clinic to anyone considering dental implants. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

My experience was fantastic due to the fact that the whole team was brilliant they helped me through the all process from me contacting them and telling me exactly what was going to happen from start to the finish they where available for enquiries at any point of the process

From the first time I set foot in the facility my husband and I were welcomed with smiles and they made us feel very comfortable and confident. A coordinator who spoke very good English was assigned to us of whom explained the process very clear. The clinic was sparkling clean top of the line technology equipments well organized. The Dentists are very thorough during the consultation and the treatment process. Always the translator at our side during the every step of the process. We are were treated with utmost respect, care and friendship that we have forged with clinicians throughout our stay. The final results are amazing beautiful and functional for rest of my life thanks to VK Smiles.
And I will recommend to all my family and friends. I wish I could write a whole book about VK Smiles etiquette and the specialized knowledge and service and skill’s they offer in their clinic.

On behalf of my Husband

fantastic service with all from treatment to care i flew in by myself and my wife and children followed 2 days later they sorted all transfer out for us and have always been able to contact anytime for advice. I am normally petrified of the dentist but they made this decision and easy one to make. its made a massive difference in how i feel and i haven't stopped smiling since getting the treatment. thank you to all vk staff for making this the best decision ive made.

Very pleased with the outcome.I was always wary of being treated outside the UK but I believe the treatment was as good as, if not better than I would have received at a fraction of the price UK dentists charge. Ultra modern equipment and relaxing surroundings. A special mention to Beyza, my coordinator, always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommended

The final result is exceptional from my visit to VK Smile. They gave me exactly what I requested to have done, which was the removal of four top teeth (the only ones I had left) and then fitting of an all on 6 crown. Staff are professional, attentive and efficient. Facilities are modern and clean. I have to voice a special mention for the young lady who did the fitting of the final crowns, she is quite simply an expert and did a fantastic job. To repeat, VK Smile have done a great job.

They have been amazing from start to finish, really paid attention to the small details I wanted and gave me the perfect smile. 100% recommend to everyone.

From start to finish the process was managed professionally with the focus on the customer. Both the staff and facility were of excellent quality. The staff were very attentative with the focus on the patient. The studio and service was of an exceptional quality and was exactly as advertised. Many thanks for all your care and consideration before, during and after the procedure.

1 STAR – WARNING: My Experience with VK Smile
I travelled to Antalya Turkey specifically to have 20 crowns fitted at VK Smile. My invoice clearly stated 20 crowns. I paid in full for 20 crowns.
After my teeth were shaved down, I was fitted with bridges, not individual crowns. When I questioned this, I was told these were “temporary” and that my final treatment would be 20 crowns as agreed. I confirmed this in writing via WhatsApp (their main method of communication), and they reassured me I would receive 20 crowns.
However, they repeatedly delayed the fitting of the so-called “final teeth” until just before my return flight home. At that point — when I was under time pressure to leave the country — they again presented me with bridges instead of crowns.
This was not what I paid for.
I refused to accept the treatment and walked out.
After significant arguing, they offered a 50% refund — but only on the condition that I sign a document stating that if I posted any negative review anywhere online (including Trustpilot or TripAdvisor), I would have to pay them £20,000.
I felt completely pressured. The only way to recover any of my money was to sign.
Thankfully, I had the financial ability to leave and seek treatment elsewhere. Many people who travel for dental work have saved for years and may not be able to afford another flight, extended accommodation, or corrective treatment. In that situation, you are effectively trapped: accept what you’re given or lose everything.
In my experience, the process felt carefully timed — reassurances at every stage, delays until departure day, and then pressure when you have limited options.
I cannot recommend VK Smile based on my experience. If you are considering treatment abroad, be extremely cautious, get absolutely everything in writing in advance, and do not allow yourself to be rushed at the final stage.

I started my journey with VK Smiles last September and I can 100% recommend this company. They were only a phone call away if I had any questions.
I have today finished my journey and to say I am more than happy is an understatement. My dentist was a perfectionist, explaining everything thing to me along the way.
I did so much research and the reviews that VKSmiles had persuaded me to use them plus they have a clinic in the UK.
Also I was recommend by two friends who used this clinic. You will not be disappointed

My experience has been amazing. Overall I have received a first class service, I am totally happy with the result. It has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this company 100%.

All I can say is wow, I am over the moon and grinning like a Cheshire cat.
The service from start to finish is very professional from start to finish, they are there to make you look the best.
I had 6 on 6 and the transformation is absolutely amazing and I can't recommend VK highly enough, definitely the best by far.
