After a long time search, I finally find this site which could offer frames in the specific size I required. The process of ordering was straightforward, and the customer service was attentive and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

I originally purchased my glasses in…

I originally purchased my glasses in late November 2023. They spontaneously broke on my face on a cold day in February 2024. I had to wait 3 weeks for the replacement frame to ship out. The new frame then broke in April 2024 in a different spot, and the when I mentioned that it was due to the lenses being manufactured too large for the frame and causing undue pressure to the frames and I wanted the lenses recut to prevent further breaking to the next frame I was told I had to use my warranty and pay $6.95 shipping. Today is May 29, 2024 and the third frame has broken on my face. The frames all break along the nasal part of the frame, no where near the temple. I have experience in the optical field, the workmanship of these frame and lenses are sub-par and I do not recommend. A frame should not break apart like this and there should not be pressure lines on my lenses the way there are.

I have been getting my glasses from you…

I have been getting my glasses from you for at least 4 years. Last year I pair did not come as a progressive and I emailed and no one responded. Today I received my glasses and the same frame name of frame I ordered last year is not the same size frame. Also both pairs say they are progressive on the bag but they are not. What are you going to do to fix it.

This company is awful

This company is awful. They steal your money. I canceled my order 7 hours after placing they refused stating they had already started on my glasses. One month and one week later no glasses. Contact them they tell me contact post office. After going back and forth 5 times with them they wanted to send a pair glasses I refused and informed them I will try to contact my financial institution. Please don't order from this company.

Spent over a 1000 with this company I…

Spent over a 1000 with this company I have two pair of the same glasses different colors broke within 5 wears on the same arm same spot I wear a heavy prescription when my glasses fell they hit the floor and the arm slid where I had no access to imagine not having glasses and the company could careless because they are hard to teach I’m over them. Stylish and comfortable

1st time using them. Received my order in about 2 weeks. The frames I chose was very stylish and comfortable. The prescription it accurate. I will be reordering more just incase I break a pair oops. 😬

Horrible customer service and definitely a rip off I emailed the customer service and told them I was satisfied with my frames and they really didn’t care.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!ITS A SCAM!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Same prescription.The prescription is wrong on the second pair. So far I have not gotten a response on where to send them for the correction. Instead they told me to take a picture wearing them and send it to Vlook. A picture, what the hell. I cannot see out of them, impossible to wear. No help from Vlook. Do not order

Still no glasses... going on four weeks

I ordered glasses going on four weeks ago. The website said I should receive my glasses before 11/9. No glasses, and no response to several emails. There also has been no status update on the website. At this point, if I do not get a timely response, I would like a full refund. Thank you.

My frames came in with a small crack…

My frames came in with a small crack and they sent me a new pair for free and then when I got lenses put in they cracked again and they're sending me another pair for free. Lets hope 3rd times a cliche.

Got the frames and I like it!

Did finally get the frames so NO this site is not a scam as I thought. Based on the negative reviews it felt like scammers from China but they are indeed in Nevada. My apologies.

Frames look good. Thanks for the quick turnaround. I did not get prescription lenses, I plan to get them done local so I cannot speak to that but the frames are what was posted online on their website as expected.

I have been ordering glasses from Vlook…

I have been ordering glasses from Vlook since 2021, with the exception of a few pairs falling apart and I have ordered many, I have never been disappointed with the glasses.

I received a pair this week with a total wrong RX in one of the lenses. The RX listed on the package was correct. This is a new RX but I have already received 3 pairs of the same RX from Vlook.

When I emailed customer service with the problem, I got a message asking that I send them the written order from the doctor. They obviously have the right RX but it looks like the lab made a mistake.

I still don’t know how to get this resolved.
