V-move Removals + Storage Avis 

Movers themselves were great, but customer service was awful. Tried to overcharge me by a lot and rude to me over the phone. I don’t recommend. Unpleasant experience.

On time, very efficient, willing to help. Great experience. We would highly recommend.

This company took four hours for a move of a 2-bedroom unit literally across the street (from number 2 to number 1 on the same road).

It seems like they just decided how much they wanted to earn that day and then charged me that amount. If you use them, be prepared to pay a lot more than what you were quoted.

Great service. On time, very careful moving items within the houses and loading items in truck. Very reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I have since recommended V Move to 2 friends who will be moving.

Marisol was very helpful when we explained the kind of service we needed (moving furniture from main floor into our garage to have floors refinished). The two fellows who came were on time, polite and treated the removal of our furniture with great care.

Vmove were easy to deal with, and they did a good job.

Overall, they are not bad doing the job. Having said that, they come 1.5 hours late. The removers are not experience in dissembling a recliner and a queen size bed has collapsed only days after removal because the hinge is not properly rescrewed and damaged. Besides, the job is done in exactly 3 hours but the driver charges me 4 hours while charges beyond 3 hours should increase by 1/2 an hour only.

Everything was so smooth, from the comm's to the moving day itself, it all went perfectly. Loved the experience.

Working with Vmove easy. I could speak directly to the people doing the move which helped me organise access to a complex and difficult loading dock in the city. They were friendly doing the actual move. Flexible because I wanted to split the delivery of certain items. Really good.

Very impressed with the way the beds were delivered- all wrapped up.
