We had the removalists, Salvatore and Andrius, twice and were very happy with their services. They were friendly, professional, took care of our items and home. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs such services.

Highly recommended
I had a fantastic experience with the removalists who helped me move. They were incredibly strong and efficient, making the whole process a breeze. What really impressed me was that they had all the right tools for the job. One tip I'd like to share with others is to request those blue boxes – they come in very handy and significantly reduce the number of round trips needed during loading and unloading. Highly recommended!

Victor and his team did an amazing job with our relocation from Sydney to Brisbane. They provided the full service of pack, relocate and unpack.
This was our second time using their business and we couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend Vmove to anyone looking for a removalist.

First-Class Removalists!
Having experienced quite traumatic moves previously, I was extremely impressed with VMOVE. Their professionalism, care and consideration was first- class, and additionally, their time management and handling of my furniture was extremely skilful. Well, you said nothing left to do, so they left. Since they were local, they went home. Then you called and asked them to come back, but they clocked out, so not sure how your indecisiveness is 1 star for us and not for yourself.

Expensive and inefficient
The quote stated a rate that was changed after the move was completed. I then received a huge bill I did not expect. The company acknowledged how the quote could have been misunderstood but did not make any adjustments. Further I found the movers playing by the trucks and working very slowly for high rates. I believe there are more competitive movers available.

Dear Nicole, thank you for the unjustified 1 star review. I will nick pick all of it.
1.The quote stated a rate that was changed after the move was completed.
We quoted an hourly rate per truck with two removalists with four storage modules, however, not all your belongings could fit , so we organised an extra truck with two modules and extra removalist, so the price increased accordingly, which we explained.
2."I then received a huge bill I did not expect."
Judging on how were you ready on moving day, it seems, that you were not expecting to be moving.
3.The company acknowledged how the quote could have been misunderstood but did not make any adjustments.
I will tell you that a very polite staff member, politely acknowledged, that it might have been misunderstood by person with lack of comprehension skills. I think you just imagined what you wanted.
4. "Further I found the movers playing by the trucks and working very slowly for high rates."
We loaded 60 Cubic Metres of stuff in less than 8 hours. We also disassembled, your beds, packed your stuff in the basement. Don't forget, that you were not packed. the last items were concrete eggs, come on, we can not stack them. Also bikes to get two bikes took 20 minutes, because you could not find the key for them. And your dog was always in the way, even more than you.
5. "I believe there are more competitive movers available."
I doubt that you can find more competitive movers who can bring you 6 modules of storage without double handling at your door.
On top of that we are very patient, because on the day we thought it would be best to just leave, as any Australian citizen who know they rights would have done it.
Anyway really disappointing experience, customers like you force employees to question if it's all worth it.
Best move to date
My move has been hassle free, and the best I've had to date. The movers turned up on time and got on with the job, working methodically. Highly recommended.
