Disappointed sliders were plastic in fact everything but the sharpening surface is plastic. I also thought it came with a 15°, 17° and a 20° slides. I received a 15° and two 17° slides.

I liked the tracking updates on the item I bought.

These arrived early and in excellent shape. They are quality constructed and look very nice.

No instructions, directions!

package arrive with attachments but with out any instructions on how to replace sharpening stones

Finally found a knife sharperner that really works. Easy to use, change angers and it put a sharp edge on your blade

Clever design. Mediocre quality and seriously overpriced.

Received YESTERDAY to find NO Instructions and NO markings on the stone grade numbers

Thought the shipping time was long. Would have liked to have a 20 degree cut. Item appears to work but I don't know if I'd order it again

Easy ordering up to date tracking every couple of days. First time using it with 15 deg on my everyday carry had it like a razor in 20 strokes on each side. Well worth the money.

They shouldn’t even get one star, I ordered a dewalt light, got a Milwaukee, they refused to accept responsibility even though I showed them the invoice of dewalt . I was refused a exchange or refund

If I could leave a zero, I would. The item they sent was a pathetic cheap waste, not what they pictured online. And it took months to send from god knows where overseas, using the most nefarious shipping companies.

Bought a Dewalt light for approx US $20 plus delivery. They sent a Milwalkee version. They offered a few dollars as compensation. I finally accepted $6 as return costs were prohibitive and they weren’t paying! Finally I managed together a battery converter for $6 only to discover the voguelegant light was faulty (I found some faulty wiring)
Voguelegant were not interested.
DONT do business with this dodgy company.

It’s been two months since I’ve placed my order. No package, no help from customer service, no refund. This site is absolutely an Instagram/tiktok scam. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible. It’s been two months since I’ve placed an order and somehow the shipment has gone missing. The tracking company they use is shady and I’ve never heard from them. Their customer service is just talk and zero action.

This website has all the hallmarks of a scam. Do NOT order from them unless you’re ready to flush your money away.
