Double charged me also and did not replay to two emails. I had to get my bank to deal with them
And let us not forget to complain about that transcriptions. Truly the worse use of AI I have ever experienced.
Warning about billing issues! I've used the services of this application ("Text to Speech") for several months and despite multiple requests, I've never received invoices for the amounts charged. As a business, we need these documents for our accounting. Customer service does not respond to requests for regularization. It's unfortunate because the tool itself works correctly, but this lack of professionalism and compliance with business obligations is unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.

Non vale assolutamente nulla. Qualsiasi parola che non sta in un vocabolario la legge male. Ad esempio Vodafone la legge com'è scritta, con la E. Se ci sono caratteri speciali come asterischi ancora peggio. In più ha anche problemi di dizione (almeno la voce che ho selezionato io, Fabiola). Non va assolutamente bene per essere impiegata per fare una presentazione. Oltretutto per ogni carattere letto dalla I.A. si pagano dei crediti! A questo punto tanto vale la I.A. di Google che almeno è gratis ed è allo stesso livello (se non migliore)
