Vookeeper provides reliable online bookkeeping services for UK small businesses. Our straightforward monthly plans are designed around your transaction volume, giving you predictable costs and regular support without the expense of employing an in-house bookkeeper. Each client is assigned a dedicated, carefully selected bookkeeper who becomes familiar with their business, records and working preferences. Bookkeeping is completed weekly to help keep financial information accurate and up to date throughout the month. Our services include bank reconciliations, sales and purchase bookkeeping, invoice and expense processing, VAT bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance. Payroll and catch-up bookkeeping are also available as additional services. Clients can communicate with their bookkeeper, respond to queries and securely exchange documents through the Vookeeper client portal. Access to accounting software and financial information is arranged securely during onboarding, using permissions that remain under the client’s control. Vookeeper’s bookkeepers are based in the Philippines and are supported by our management team. They are selected for their bookkeeping experience, professional training and competency in widely used accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. From initial setup to ongoing weekly bookkeeping, Vookeeper offers a practical, human service that takes routine financial administration off your hands—giving you more time to focus on running and growing your business.

I am extremely happy with my bookkeeper and the vookeeper service. Set up is simple and communication is easy. It's taken a big strain of me as the business owner. Defenitely an investment worth taking.
