Happy with the fan. Have the desktop halo one but could not work out how to do the timer. Nothing on fan with led on to show, tried remote but with out a led on fan not sure how to set it. Fan looks amazing though l.

Quick delivery. Simple to set up. Only quibble is User Manual. I had to employ a bright light an a magnifying glass to read the instructions for its operations.

Very pleased with my product.
Despite some views on line that the fans looks cheap. It doesn’t it’s a fan made from plastic.
I haven’t had much chance to use , but appears easy to use.

Slot 7 am until 9 pm...no updates, van never moved on map, 6pm untraceable, no delivery..arranged the day to be here waste of time. ...reviews of the delivery company
are awful...so disappointing as was hopeful of a good product..I no longer want this...but do want a response...4 tracking /delivery emails..all.pointless

My vortex had stopped blowing hot air it's about 18 months old. I contacted vortex and after a couple of exchanges. I was sent a replacement with no hassle. Thank you Ross

All received as ordered - one minor postal issue which was fixed very quickly through Vortexair’s outstanding customer service via one quick email. Follow up comms to check we were happy was also excellent. The fans themselves are brilliant - the cooling function is a game changer for keeping bedrooms cool. Our summers will be much more pleasant now. I’m a very happy customer!

Very prompt efficient service. We like the look of our purchase but haven’t used them yet. Bought in anticipation of a hot summer having moved into a bungalow so wouldn’t want windows open at night. They will also be very useful in the winter if we need a top up of heat

Bought two of the vortex air pro machines and they have been game changers for my house. The products are very easy to set up and use and to have the benefit of hot and cold air is brilliant. The products were delivered very quick and efficiently. I also then bought a dehumidifier and again brilliant. I wouldn’t use any other company and have gladly recommended these to family and friends
