Great service
Due to my stupidity, I did not notice that it clearly states that deposits are non-refundable please be aware. However due to quickly deciding that I longer wanted the PC for financial reasons, they were kind enough to offer a refund for my deposit which some businesses would not do. Not only that they offered me great information regarding the compatibility of components. Once I saved up I will definitely be buying my first PC in November with them.

Really happy with my purchase, I needed an upgrade from an outdated gaming pc and I got exactly that.
Fantastic customer service, kept in contact to make sure I was all set up,
the little problem I did have was quickly sorted by a video chat and being talked through it.

Best Price & The Best Product!
Fantastic customer service and product. Could not be happier with the custom built PC and seeing my brother enjoy gaming and being able to stream in his free time thanks to this powerhouse of a system.
I compared the pc with other online retailers and this was by far the most cost effective. They offered best price offering excellent value for money yet still building a premium custom product.

Second to none service
Over lockdown, I wanted to get into gaming and ProTech offered such amazing advice for a beginner with basic knowledge to put together a great PC. The service was second to none. I would recommend ProTech with no hesitation to anyone!

Needed a new Gaming PC
Needed a new Gaming PC, first one ever... had no idea what I was looking for, got told a billion different things from loads of people which just confused me more. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted to run (everything) and how much I had, like magic I now have a Custom built, beautiful gaming PC that runs perfectly!
