Ich habe dort einen virtuellen Server für einen Monat bestellt. Die Reaktionszeit auf Supporttickets war super langsam. Es wird mit einer "2 Tage Geld zurück" Garantie geworben, die es in der englischen Version gibt, aber nicht in der deutschen. Außerdem sind die Bezeichnungen auf der Webseite irreführend und unzureichend. Es wurde z.B. nirgendwo angegeben, dass es 100MB Up/Download sind und ich habe das mal gemessen und es schwankt immer sehr stark zwischen 5-80MB und es gibt auch immer wieder Verbindungsabbrüche. Es gibt nicht einmal ein Tutorial für Windows Server...

I ordered a virtual server there for a month. The response time to support tickets was super slow. They advertise a “2-day money back” guarantee, which is available in the English version, but not in the German version. In addition, the descriptions on the website are misleading and inadequate. For example, nowhere is it stated that it is 100MB upload/download and I have measured this once and it always fluctuates greatly between 5-80MB and there are always disconnections. There is not even a tutorial for Windows Server...

Response to their so-called "excuse".
Them: `According to my information, you opened a total of three support tickets after 22:00h and got responses within 33 min, 31 min and 26 min.`
My responce: I opened these tickets at ~03:00AM and got my money back 2 days later for a server and an answer telling me to check their help guides with something really generic. I have not received a response to any other tickets to date.
Them: `The actual download and upload speed you get on your server always depends on the network speeds the server you are connecting to. If the target server only has 50 MBit/s of upload speed, the maximum you can get as download speed on your side are 50 MBit/s as well.`
My responce: -- Completely understandable, but 50mbits is just really slow considering that other VPS services like ZAP Hostinger offer 500MB upload and download. For free. And those speed details are really missing on the overview of your current dashboard.
Them: `Our services are aimed to be used by "prosumer" customers that know what they are doing and don't need any further assistance in using our products.`
My responce: -- Basically insulting me in a softer and more gentle way as Idiot.
As they fail to provide correct information upon ordering, lie about their responce times, do not offer the best deals and much more thats wrong there, my opinion still remains the same.
Not to be recommended.

Very bad customer service. their advertisement clearly states " cancel anytime" but in fact, they don't. what they actually do is to let you "cancel after a month" or " cancel anytime, but they got to keep the money" which is ridiculous. if it's as the customer service claimed "we do not offer server deletions as this is not economically viable for us.", then you shouldn't be advertising " cancel anytime". cuz if u do, that would be a false advertisement. I've esclated this false advertisement matter to Verbraucherzentrale already.
and the atittude of customer service is poor as well. the poor atittude of customer service Intensified conflicts and caused me to complain. the boss of VPS2DAY, if you are looking at this, pls take a look at Ticket #93145, Ticket #93172, Ticket 93174 and Ticket 93179.

+ I had quick support regarding my internal processes that may not be part of service provider support options.

- Improving the service costs much more than the initial configuration
- Still more expensive than Hetzner for German services (Although it's only $1~2 Euro, it means a lot in my country)
They have good and quick support. Besides, their servers are stable.

Straight-forward, easy to use, and competitively priced, and yet, the support folks are quick to respond, very friendly, and don't just say "no" to requests that go beyond the standard offering. With other hosters, you're a nobody. Here, I feel like I am being treated like a partner.
I've also not had a single technical issue, and when maintenance was required, I was informed with enough lead time about any interruption.
They are really fast and responsive, buying the server is so simple and they have multiple ways to purchase a server,

just a few small problems concerning abuse of the service that we don't know why happend.
Excellent company. I've used their service for about 5 years and have had 0 downtime.
They have always replied to my support requests very promptly and the reason for my review today is actually because they went above and beyond and helped me recover a system that I trashed by mistake. It made me very happy.
I bought 2 vps servers from vps2day ، after 2 months every thing working great . I contacted supports several times and they answered less than 30 minutes. So far so good.
Ordered a SSD server in Switzerland and got NVMe upgrade for free, awesome guys!
