I would give them zero stars if I could.

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife, with her help. We decided on a rose gold ring and band. After placing the order, Vrai provided me with expected delivery dates, so I made reservations at a favorite restaurant of ours to celebrate the gift.

Vrai was delayed by several days, causing me to miss that reservation. They apologized and provided me a $75 refund. When the rings finally arrived, the rose gold color was comically pink, nothing like what was shown online. It was basically Barbie pink. Just awful. We returned the rings but were informed that the gold color wasn’t considered a defect and were therefore charged $350 to return them.

Then, in spite of their policy clearly stating they’d provide a refund within 10 business days, I didn’t receive a refund until after I contacted them, almost two weeks later (no holidays in between). They said they were busy with the holidays, as if that were an appropriate excuse. When I received the refund, I found they had also deducted — like, taken back — the $75 they previously refunded me to apologize for their delay, as if the delay was now immaterial simply because the ring was returned.

Go somewhere that you can see the ring beforehand. If you don’t like what you get from Vrai, they’ll make sure to make you regret shopping there in the first place.

The ring started to catch on my clothes so I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing wrong with it, the next day the diamond fell out and luckily I spotted it on the floor. Now no one will help me, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would avoid at all costs. I currently have £800 ring I can’t wear after 5 months

Prior to purchasing a set of earrings [perennial stud], only the right side was in-stock, I was assured by customer service that the left side would be in-stock "soon" this was March 24, 2022. A week later, I am assured again, it would be back in-stock, two weeks later, three weeks later, same thing and at this point I'm near the 30 day return period but I was told it should be restocked "soon". About a month after I ask again, and suddenly I get the response "well we can't guarantee a restock." How convenient how the story changes once I was out of the return window. I check in in May, in June, in July. At the end of July, Vrai finally agreed to invoice me for the left side... which didn't work. So completely fed up with Vrai, I ask if they'll let me return the earring I have had sitting on my vanity for 5 months because they haven't restocked and can't issue an invoice correctly. To which they say they can issue a gift card. I want NOTHING to do with this company, let alone prolong any other type of interaction with them. Stay FAR away from this company if you value your money or time or sanity. Today, for reference, is August 5th....
