They cannot get the colours right
They cannot get the colours right. I placed an order for 3 pairs of socks on the 6th of March 2026. The colours I ordered were 1 x pink, and 2 x white.
They delivered 1 x pink, and 2 x BLACK and white.
I contacted them on 13 March to tell them the wrong colours had been sent.
They then confirmed they had no stock of the white ones, and do I want to return them for a refund to which I replied yes.
After I posted them back and confirmed this to them on the 20th of March, they replied on the 21st saying they've now got the white ones in stock would I like these instead of a refund. I replied on the same day saying yes, that would be great.
Fast forward to the 1st of April - the 2 replacement pairs haven't arrived, so I chase. They say it seems Royal Mail has lost them.
Then, finally, on the 4th of April they arrive.... BUT THEY'RE THE SAME BLACK AND WHITE PAIRS I RETURNED.
No reply yet from their customer service team. How hard is it to send the right colour when your company only sells four colours...
