VSL# UK Avis 

This is my 3rd purchase and I am not pleased. The packaging was very bad, it was in a packaging plastic bag the cooled pack is already warm and the product might not safe to take anymore. I took photos when I opened it. Before on my 1st and 2nd purchase I was amazed because the packaging was very good, it is in a cooler bag.
I am very disappointed!

Delivery and packaging of product excellent.
I have only just started taking the product.
I do find emptying the capsule and adding into a yoghurt for example is preferable for methan swallowing the capsule.
Which I have found difficult to swallow without sticking.

The cold pack it was supposed to be delivered in was room temperature inside. Not boxed up anymore either.

Arrived on time... Came with a cool pack, (as ordered). Would use again... A good service

This product is excellent. I tried it for the first time recently and couldn't believe that I felt so much better from the very first satchet! I'm definitely ordering more to help with my gut journey.

I was advised to try this for diverticular disease. I found it expensive and no way to try it for free as a sample to see how I go. I bought a months worth at £55 and I took it as it states on the packet, a little bit at a time. And to be honest I used even less over four to five days. I was in agony - I had severe constipation- bloated and abdominal pains. I kept at it, but had to stop I was looking very pregnant and unwell. After a month I tried again but same symptoms, unfortunately this has not worked for me at all. If I carry on constipation will give me a definite flare up. My hubby tried it too and was bloated all through the night. Not sure if it’s helped yet for him. Would be good if we could have samples as £55 gone down the drain.

This seems to be a very helpful product and just what I needed to cope with some hard core antibiotics and troublesome gut issues

Ordered Sunday, dispatched Monday, arrived Tuesday.
Took my first sachet at 12 noon. I now need to wait a
few days, (a week). To see how effective they are. I have had them before, but that was years ago

Unfortunately I cannot tolerate. I am not able to take any probiotic supplement but thought i would give this one a last try.
It mixes easily and tastes pleasant.

Simple ordering and product came when specified well wrapped with a cool jelly to keep it cool in transit.

The product arrived on time. Royal Mail couldn’t deliver it on the day as no one was at home. It had to be delivered 2 days later when I was at home. Royal Mail were unable to keep the package cool! Not sure if this has affected the product in any way.

But 5 stars to Sharon Customer Services. As a company VSL let me down by losing my order. After contacting them Sharon sorted the situation out and product received within 2 days so that was good. VSL#3 as a product is excellent.

I got what I wanted when I wanted it with the minimum of fuss.

The product is brilliant as I’ve had it previously and come back again for more.
My problem is the delivery and information about the delivery I paid for a 48hr delivery and didn’t get it!!! I had NO updates or when to expect it and for me to track the parcel I was expected to download an app……not good enough

I’ve been ordering VSL Probiotics for a few years now and have been very satisfied. However my order has just arrived and it is two boxes short of my regular subscription. I have tried to access the website to contact customer service but keep getting the message the website cannot be trusted. Is anyone else having these issues?

As of yet I am still awaiting my order.

I have checked with my neighbour but they did not receive it. Usually this gets posted through the letterbox.

I have just checked the tracking information and this does not say that its been delivered.

Please could you look into this order, and re-send the items if they can not be tracked.
