I reached out with an issue w my older VVD rider and they handled it white glove and promptly. I also ordered the Go and wow! I think it can even be used w a partner in a way thats completely unobstructed. Cannot wait to see what else they come out w. 100/100.

It's very boring it just doesn't work right and it's kind of big it's light but the seat is odd I should of just bought a dildo for 7 times less.would have felt better honestly thinking about just throwing it out takes up to much room. 100% good product - 0% discretion
I give 5 stars to the product, which is excellent. The ergonomic shape is wonderful, soft and confortable. The "accessories" are confortable too and it's 100% garanted that orgasms will come (two in few minutes every time I use it).
Unfortunately I have to give 1 star for the packaging, as privacy were totally ignored! I think that to send such a product with an explicit box is an unforgivable lack of delicacy and respect for the customer! I expected an anonimous cardboard box, but this didn't happen. I've never been such embarrassed in my life!
That's why I give a total of three stars.

My only suggestion… and it’s an important one… is please make the clitoral vibration stronger. For me, it just didn’t have quite enough intensity to take things over the edge. If that feature were more powerful, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, it’s a great product with a lot of potential, and I’m really happy I purchased it.

After cancelling the order, I received this request for a review. Customer service is dismal, at best. They tell me I have to wait until I receive my order. Which I cancelled before it was shipped. Now I have to deal with a Chinese company and hope PayPal will support me. Don’t waste your time and $
