Impossible to reach anything via website delivery said 2-3 days it’s been 5 and the customer interaction is terrible, been on your website to see if I can find someone who can assist and all it says is about your good reviews? I wasn’t even gonna do a review but considering it’s impossible to reach someone I thought I might as well, where can I find these “149 positive reviews” from that states in your website? Doesn’t make sense at all it’s actually a shame because I like the clothing and was planning on buying more next month but now I’m not so sure

My order number is #5796 I made an order from here, I sent it back with tracked delivery, due to it being too large, I am still yet to receive my refund or any type of communication from them after various emails and writing on the online chat. I’d avoid this company as there is zero customer service and they just take your money without refunding it

Placed an order before the new year which arrived on 2nd Jan. submitted a return request on the 15th Jan, 13 days after buying and had my return rejected, even though the return period is 14 days. There was no reason given as to why it had been rejected. I have since emailed and not received a response. Avoid this company

Sent wrong items then refused to do exchange or refund.Been two weeks and Jordan Banks who is the owner is refusing to reply back any emails. DO NOT use this company, he is selling out of his own house and has no professionalism. WILL SCAM YOU.

Great experience and great product. I purchased a track suit set which was black cargos and a black wind cheater. The size I ordered for the bottoms was too big so I sent it back and had my replacement in a matter of days. I bought the clothing for a special occasion and I am thrilled it arrived on time. I have had terrible experiences recently when purchasing items but this brand was nothing short of amazing. Their product quality is versatile and incredibly comfortable. Sizing fits perfectly and the size guide on their website is incredibly accurate. A cheeky discount is what turned me over the edge and once I received my items I was overjoyed.
