Vyfos Avis 

Like so many others, I ordered several tops recently and wanted to return some for different reasons. I contacted them and asked for an authorization form but to no avail. They said I should be happy with them all but would give me $18 for my trouble. When I refused, they offered about $33. It’s difficult to understand how they stay in business. Do not recommend!!

I ordered item in February. They arrived 3/27/23. They do not match the coloring on the pictures. I have sent 2 emails with no response. I am within the 30 days of receipt. I charged and will let my credit card company deal with this. My credit card has no billing info attached. There was no invoice in the bag.

I love my purchase, really good quality, good fit and looks exactly the same as on the website . Not cheap but worth the price .

I was trying to send an email to notify you I need to return two of the sweaters as they were too big, but wasn't able to get the message to you.

Do NOT buy anything from Vyfos unless you are sure you want to keep it. They DO NOT accept returned merchandise and DO NOT refund money for items you would like to return. If an item doesn't fit - too bad. If they mistakenly sent you an item you didn't order - too bad. If the quality is less than you expected - too bad. I wanted to return merchandise that was too big. (Their small tops seem to run too big.) The total was $115.97. When I contacted them about returning the items, I was told to keep them and they would refund me $21. When I told them that was unacceptable, they came back with an offer to refund me $38. I kept telling them that I expected a full refund. They ultimately said $57 was their best and final offer. I was forced to accept that or get no refund at all. And I'm stuck with merchandise I don't want. Needless to say, I will never buy from this company again!

They have no return policy you are out of luck. I knew something was sketchy when you had to email for return authorization. They offered me a fraction of the cost of the item to keep the garment. I highly doubt I will ever see the money.
BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! I ordered a sweater and it did not fit and I am extremely allergic to the materials of this sweater. I have request to return the sweater for a refund and have discovered that the return address is Dubai, UAE, no where on their website does it indicate that you have to return their products to Dubai. They state they have warehouses in Canada/US/UK and can't provide me with a return address in Canada.

Great sweaters ! Excellent quality at very reasonable price. Look much more expensive! I wore one yesterday and got so many compliments. Will definitely buy from Vyfos again !!
