The customer services on point and socks

The customer services was on point and not to mention I got the sock and… omg they are the comfiest thing I’ve ever put on my feet. They use such a great material that causes no scratching or problems while wearing them and the best thing is how soft they are. If you are considering getting them DO IT

Beautiful to wear

These plush sweatpants are warm, look great and feel soft and truly "buttery". I'm normally a size S but purchased M to allow for a looser fit. Highly recommended.

COMFIEST socks i own!

this is now my 3rd pair of these socks and i can not get enough, need all the colours!! they are so comfy and so so cute, highly recommend with a chunky sneaker - 10/10

Shipping good, quality not

Shipping was extremely fast, item came the next day! However, the bodysuit is so thin, you get betting quality from Glassons or cotton on. For the price point of $80, it's so not worth it. See through, thin, not worth the money.

Hi Penny,

Unfortunately, as mentioned in our previous messages, we’re unable to accept returns for items once the tags and hygiene labels have been removed. This is part of our returns policy, which is in place to ensure all returns remain in unworn condition.

As a small business, we’re simply not in a position to refund items that aren’t physically returned to us, but we do our best to be fair and transparent with our policies - including advising customers not to remove tags from any items they’re unsure about. Had you kept on the tags, we would have happily accepted a return with a full refund or exchange.

We’d also like to clarify that the colour of our products isn’t altered during editing and everything is shot in natural or studio lighting to give the most accurate representation possible.

As a avid online shopper myself I have had the frustration of getting products that aren't represented accurately on a website, which is why we have gone to additional efforts to add unedited, 4k videos to many of our products, including the one you purchased, to ensure we are being as accurate as humanly possible.
