Very prompt delivery and great quality
We bought two jumpers and they’re both excellent quality.
We use merino wool for ourselves and with a poorly dog, we thought she’ll benefit from the jumpers.
They fit really well although we had to get used to the smaller leg holes than we have on a different top.
Great service too with very prompt delivery and it’s good to support a small business with a good ethical approach.

We’re so glad to hear your dog is benefiting from the jumpers, especially as you already know the value of merino wool yourselves. It’s exactly why we chose to work with natural fibres, they’re not only comfortable, but genuinely better for dogs too.
We appreciate your note on the fit as well, the slightly closer leg openings are designed to help the jumper sit neatly and stay in place, but we completely understand it can feel a little different at first.
Thank you again for your support, it truly means a lot to us as a small business doing things a little differently.

This company is fantastic. Sadly the jumper was the wrong fit for my mini dachshund but the return and refund was sorted so quickly it was incredible. Gorgeous jumper but not for my short legged long girl!!!

Beautiful product, XL in forest green wool, wonderful 'hand' - soft and warm - like the turtle neck with discreet opening at neck for leashes. Nice and secure around the legs. Already noticed by other dog people who asked for website info.

Lovely jumper supplied and good customer support, speedy delivery. I do feel it is a little on the expensive side though for what it is if I am honest, but it was my choice still to pay it.

Comfortable and stylish!
This is our second sweater from Wag and Wool. Our dog is a bit of a funny shape so we’ve downsized this time as the previous medium we got ended up more like a skirt for her (but it was so comfortable that she hopped right into it and didn’t give us a chance to trial the company’s excellent size exchange policy). She’s stretching the small one out nicely, and we are already planning our next purchase!

loved the product
loved the product, but I ordered the wrong size for my dog, the company were easy to contact and I returned one jumper and another was sent out really quickly. They were very helpful in suggesting the correct size for my dog.

- quality of garments is superb
- impeccable fitting - it does what it says XS is indeed XS and fits perfectly around little pups bodies without interfering with their toileting , whilst keeping them warm in these beautiful wool knits!

The jumper is gorgeous quality, wool can be itchy at times but this isn’t, I can speak for my pup Maurice as I got the matching beanie bundle…unpopular opinion, but can’t wait for it to get cold more so I can wear the beanie. Am I and Maurice going to be matching? Yeap!
