You confirmed that 19 of the 20 bags in your order were successfully delivered, and as soon as we learned the final bag was missing, we immediately sent a replacement. When that one, unfortunately, didn’t arrive either, we sent yet another — doing everything in our power to ensure your full order was fulfilled. We even offered a refund for the missing bag as a further step toward resolution.

As we've explained, once an order is in the hands of FedEx, we no longer have control over what happens in transit. If a package doesn’t arrive, all we can do is respond quickly and do our best to make it right — which is exactly what we’ve done in your case. We’ve worked directly with FedEx on your behalf, shipped multiple replacements, and offered a refund — all in good faith and with a sincere desire to resolve the issue.

Top of the line Customer Service

Had some shipping issues not at the fault of Wake Life. They did not hesitate to resend my items. One of the lead bags that was resent arrived damaged. No questions asked they sent yet another one. Great customer service.

While the product didn’t quite work out for me personally, the customer service more than made up for it. From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to try and help resolve the issue. They made the return process easy and stress-free, and I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience.

It’s rare to come across a company that stands so firmly behind their service — and that alone earns 5 stars from me. I may not have found the right product this time, but I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again in the future.

The product arrived in good condition…

The product arrived in good condition and should work well for my application. The shipping information is lacking because USPS is terrible at updating tracking info and it took over a week plus to arrive but this is not the fault of Wake life. It’s on USPS. Overall a 5 star review

Placed an order on Aug 9 2024. Today is sept 18 2024. They supposedly sent a second order to replace the first one. Still have ZERO information as to where the product is. They keep blaming usps. Hard to believe in todays world of technology they can mange to lose 2 orders back to back.

This order was delivered, and after further investigation with USPS with video evidence, we confirmed that our bags were indeed at the post office for weeks, as we informed the customer. Furthermore, the customer picked up the bags from the post office and then falsely claimed that he never received them, demanding a refund. This review was an attempt to get a refund while keeping the 10 bags we sent him. After we informed him that we had video evidence from the post office showing him picking up the bags, he changed his story, claiming that his neighbor had picked them up for him and that he was unaware of this. You can be the judge for yourself on what really happened.

Our 70+ five-star reviews speak volumes about our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. We encourage you to read our other reviews and make your own judgment. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there are instances where we cannot please everyone, especially when the customer is not being truthful about their intentions.

Don’t buy ballast bags from here

Don’t buy ballast bags from here, they cash your check and are too lazy to drop off to usps office and offer dead end tracking info. Doesn’t take very many business deals like this one to not be in business anymore. They need to post on their website ballast bags are 30 days out on arrival from the time they are purchased not 3-4 business days. Don’t waste your time

On August 18, this customer placed an order and reached immediately inquiring about the delivery timeframe. We promptly informed him of a slight shipping delay and offered the option to cancel if he preferred not to wait. He chose to proceed with the order and requested that we ship the ballast bags.
Just a few days later, we fulfilled our commitment and shipped the bags. On the very day they were shipped, the customer asked to cancel the order. As with any online purchase, once an item is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Nevertheless, we went above and beyond to accommodate his request. We immediately contacted USPS to stop the shipment and arranged for the bags to be returned to us, allowing us to cancel the order and issue a full refund, which we have already processed.
We’re perplexed by the customer’s dissatisfaction, as we made every effort to assist him and kept him fully informed throughout the process. His claim that it takes 30 days to receive an order is incorrect, as his order was placed just 10 days ago. Had he not requested the cancellation, the bags would have arrived within the timeframe we provided.
Our 70+ five-star reviews are a testament to the fact that our customers love our products and appreciate our commitment to making things right. Unfortunately, there are some situations where, despite our best efforts, we can't please everyone.
