SCAM
What a headache to make a return. They sent the wrong size. Also don’t think they’re real adidas and took a while to arrive. When I asked for an exchange they requested a plethora of photos. Then more photos of me making a donation. Below is the email they sent.
Please note that regardless of whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, our procedure is the same and must be followed in order to proceed.

You will need to complete a donation of the item and send us a photo as confirmation. This step is required before we can move forward with your exchange.

• A photo of the item being handed to another person
• A photo of the item at a donation center or charity location
• A photo clearly showing the item placed in a donation box
• A photo of the item being prepared for donation, visibly separated for this purpose

Once we receive the photo, we will review your case and proceed with the next steps.
(Which will probably be another run around)
Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything off this website.

Fake shit

Wanted me to cut up shoes and send video or give shoes to charity when I asked to return and refund

So I finally got a refund notification which is exactly half of the price I paid

So why am I not getting full ammount

Worst company ever for customer service. I cancelled an order minutes after my phone made the order, sometimes just getting close to the screen makes the phone react, and they not only ignored me several times but even when I sent the product back they still haven't refunded my money ($90.00) and it's been a year of constant back and forth. Don't buy from these people.

This is a scam scam scam. I ordered 2 shirts they did not match my body type. They look, smell, and feel like cheap knockoffs, immediately I tried to return them. Their website says “hassle free” returns. I tried several times contacting them, email, and they won’t give any return information.

As soon as i paid through PayPal I did not receive an official receipt from this company nor the date when they will deliver the items I paid for. When somebody from their customer service finally responded, she said they don't give receipt and not sure when they will ship my order. When I received the shoes I ordered after more than 2 weeks, they are of low quality and not worth the money I paid.

The sandals looked nothing like the ones pictured online: they were cheaply made with no arch support at all! There was no return address, so I was scammed out of over $100 for 3 pairs!

I ordered the Men's Orthopedic Comfort Sneaker. There's nothing "orthopedic" about them. They have absolutely no arch support, the insole is about as thick as 3 sheets of paper and the outer material isn't much thicker. Very cheap shoe. Don't buy these shoes!

100%:satisfaction means you'll never get your money back if your unhappy with the product. Complete scam on shitty products

Like Eric below, I too never received my order. Had no idea my order would end up with USPS (DISASTER)...when I learned this, I asked them to recall the item so it wouldn't get lost. They didn't and it did....last location was some distribution center in Wisconsin where mail that couldn't be delivered or returned ended up. I placed this order in the beginning of January. As of yesterday, I've all but given up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They claim they delivered the shoes. No trace of them, the tracking number is a chinese one, and you can't call the company, only email and they don't reply!! SCAM. I cancelled the purchase with the credit card company.

Walk Joyful, if even a legitimate US business, is disreputable. I contacted the "company" via email requesting return instructions for shoes that arrived too small. I have thus far written over five emails and have yet to receive instructions. Shame on me, I should have read the reviews because they are dismal.
I checked the return address on the bag containing the shoes, it is from Bruce at a vacant lot in Wisconsin. Proof it is not a reputable company.
There are other companies that will deal with you honestly and in good faith unlike Walk Joyful.

This is the worst company ever. Never received the shoes and paid the extra $10. They never answer your emails, have no telephone to call and are a bunch of scam artists. If you need your money back, they process their credit card sales through PayPal, who will get your money back. I received a response only after PayPal contacted them and they told me my address was incomplete and my package was destroyed. Haha. Never heard that one before. Scum sucking assholes

This site walkjoyful most likely is a front company for some military oligarch in China notice how they advertise in a way to avoid migrating over to chrome or safari meaning they are using a micro browser to avoid tracking and oversite by American companies and our govt please forward this over to the proper entities to shut down their website and track where the money goes odds are a offshore account or their equivalent Hong Kong and no transparency on who truly owns this outfit .

The folks at Walkjoy are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they are not accommodating. The shoes I ordered were too big, I asked to have them return with full refund. Instead, they offered to send me the same shoes in a smaller size. When those arrived, they too, were too big! There something wrong with their sizing. I asked for a full refund. No, they would only give me 40% of my purchase price. Don't be fooled by this company. They say they will give you a refund, but it'll only be a 40%! Plus it took over 3 months to settle this issue.

I ordered shoes for my wife on June, 12,2024, we're still waiting for them today. Also, I try tracking them using the order ID# well, no such luck. I get the feeling they took our money, and we will never see the shoes.

Don’t order from this company. Impossible to track shipment; shipment probably is by row boat from China!

After reading the reviews, I guess my experience was the exception. Shoes came less than 3 weeks after ordering. Well made and fit fine. I need a wide width and these fit very well.

You have sent me dozens of emails. Will you please send me my shoes I ordered weeks ago. Please refund my extra fast shipping cost that was a damn scam
