This review is for the Ripley TN location....Ms.Connie and Ms.Misty is the sweetest and so patience and very knowledgeable of their service and will really take time to help you understand what it is you're doing. I would definitely recommend doing business with them. I have been using this location for years and have had no problems.

Warning! If you ever had a loan with Dixie Finance in Lawton Ok now State Finance check your credit report! Just found out one of there (now former employee) took a $1700 loan out in my name. For me this is an unbelievable and shocking event. As I contact the manager of the office she assured me that a investigation is on going since Tuesday, would of been the right thing is State Finance would of contacted me and not for me to find out this way! So please if you ever did business with them check your credit report immediately. I disputed it, file a police report and will contact there main office and the BBB.
If anyone knows any other steps I should do let me know, please.
