I ordered a A4 poster with my own wording, and was asked to pre approve before printing so there was no nasty surprises in store. Prints turned up and looked awesome.

Parcel was lost by the courier, Ben was really quick with replies and really helpful and got a replacement sorted instantly

Ben was super helpful in personalising a quote I wanted on a poster.
Service was efficient and delivery quick. I was also impressed by the quality of the paper.

Excellent customer service
One arrival the frame on the print ordered was damaged. I got in touch with customer services and they immediately offered me a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement which arrived 3 days later.

Really unhappy with how cheap this gift feels. Had to purchase another frame as would have been to embarrassed to give as gift. Not worth the money!
