I ordered a A4 poster with my own wording, and was asked to pre approve before printing so there was no nasty surprises in store. Prints turned up and looked awesome.

Order was dealt with in a timely fashion. We were able to view what the print would look like before it was printed and dispatched. Quality of the paper and print are excellent.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. I asked for a slightly different colour combo & Ben was super helpful in getting it sorted straight away.
When the print arrived it looked great. Very happy, would definitely recommend.

Hi Terry,
We’re very sorry to hear this. However, your order was made 9 days ago and this is the first attempt you’ve made to let us know anything is wrong.
As stated on our website, we are happy to provide replacements or refunds for missing orders but we can’t do that if we’re not made aware of a problem.
As per the tracking from the courier, it looks like there was a delay, but a delivery attempt was made on Saturday but no update to say it was delivered.
In this case please allow another couple of days for the courier to re-attempt delivery, but if it hasn’t arrived by Wednesday drop us an email and we’ll look at sending out a replacement.
