We recently booked a 21-day trip around Thailand for February 2027 with Wallmark Travels and Tours, and the experience has been exceptional.

Liaising with Alex has been an absolute pleasure. He has been responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything has run smoothly throughout the booking process. His guidance gave us complete confidence in our plans, and we never felt pressured at any stage.

Jason the individual we have been dealing with to tailor our holiday and book it has been very efficient helpful and had gone above and beyond to ensure every single detail is to our liking. I have changed dates and added extra days and he had accommodated instantly all request which we greatly appreciate. He has instantly replied to all of our messages and has been on hand to assisted us thanks you so much for all your help

Having researched a great deal, toiled over many emails in detail and received repeated missed calls, from many different holiday companies, we thankfully stumbled over Wallmark Holidays UK.
Communications and information so easy, initially, via messaging. They have found the perfect multi-centre holiday for us, and at a price much cheaper than all other companies.
The whole process has been smooth, without intrusion and no harassing phone calls.
We are over joyed and extremely grateful.
We will certainly be using again and have recommended to family, friends and colleagues.

I personally dealt with Zac Adams, Zac found us a great holiday to Thailand visiting phuket,krabi and bangkok, all the locations i wanted including the animal sanctuary, all my concerns were responded to immediately and reassurance given, all flight,internal flight, ferry and hotel arrangements were made by Zac and sent through to me to review. Zac gave me plenty of time to read through all the information. Payment was nice and easy to do, looking forward to this amazing holiday.

Alex has been absolutely amazing, accommodating in every way, and very responsive, we encountered a few hiccups, but he did his best and resolved it promptly.

They are very helpful and very patient, especially Ryan the travel agent with him being very helpful and patient sorting everything out for us without a problem and being super helpful giving us good and nice recommendations on what to do and where it is. 10/10 would recommend

It was my first time booking on line and Zac was very helpful and was not pushy and sent me the information to look and see for myself that the company is real not a scam let me know it was safe and has being changing things around for me and letting me know what I have to do before travel so thanks will let you know when I get back how it went. After a confusing booking all worked out ok due to Jason and his team, myself and Grandaughter are now looking forward to our trip to Thailand.

I’ve been very impressed by the service provided by WallMark Holidays. After showing interest in their Vietnam holiday, I was able to expand it to neighbouring countries, even adding excursions that we were interested in. Josh dealt with everything very quickly and efficiently and the whole package offered was presented perfectly and great value for money. I will review our experience further after we approach and after our holiday.

As a family we have been looking and wanting to go to Thailand for a very long time, Zac has made that happen! An amazing young man with lots and lots of patience, knowledge and dedication to his job found us what we wer looking for, no stress, plenty of communication (even if you change your party number or destination a few times like I did),if your stuck with something and need advice Zac was and is there…. If you are looking but can’t find what you want or even know what you want but are sick of looking get in touch with Zac at wallmark and he will find what you are looking for trust me!!! Amazing company but more so amazing staff.

Excellent communication throughout from the initial inquiry and through to the booking process. Jeramy made changes to the itinerary as requested with dates and resorts in Thailand. 5 stars throughout, looking forward to the holiday now 👍
