Bought the lancaster mural for my sons bedroom mural looks great, paper quality was thick and so easy to hang measurements spot on. Already looking for another mural.

Very disappointed with this company and their product. We purchased underwater 3 for a small bathroom wall and sent an email to ensure we bought the correct finish. The product cost £150 for a small walk. (1 roll of wallpaper with no matching size) due to the price we hired a decorator to install the Wall art but it had white seams at the joining seams. When we read the instructions we noticed a warning that dark coloured products may need coloured in with pastels. The art is multicoloured and it would be impossible to do this but I did purchase pastels to try. It did not work. I contacted the company and they kept asking for information regarding the installation. The fault is with their product which they are aware of as they have it in the instruction manual. Very disappointed with product and customer service. I cannot comment on all wall art but stay away from any dark coloured one!

We are absolutely delighted with our Wallsauce rust-effect mural. We love the warmth, texture, colour and quirkiness it brings to our kitchen. The mural is printed on a heavy weight high quality paper which made hanging really easy. Also the fact that it fits the space, with minimal trimming, made my job pretty simple. It took about 3 hours to hang. I did have some queries when the mural first arrived which the Wallsauce team answered immediately. As an added extra I am going to add some spray painted, faux rusty metal strips with rivets on the sides of the mural, and will continue the rust effect onto the skirting board and plug socket. We could not be happier and have already got a spot for another mural, with a different effect, in our stairwell. Our friends are already looking at Wallsauce for their own ideas. So, one very happy customer. Highly recommended.

I’ve order plenty off murals from wallsauce over the years and I decided to change my kitchen one recently. The service I recieve was once again excellant as I knew I could call up if I had any problems with my measurements as I ain’t good at all with technology measurements. Shannon once again was excellant in helping me. I’m just sorry I can only give them 5 stars as I would rate them higher. Once order was complete I recieved next day and had it up by 2.00 in the morning . Didn’t take long to put it up like wall paper as the murals are already cut for you. So I 100 percent recommend anyone looking to purchase murals wallsauce is place to go. I don’t think these guys could do no more than they do to help customers. Will defo be ordering again as it only place I will buy my murals

I ordered my 1st wall mural about two months ago wasn't really sure about about them but ...WOW they are fantastic sooo good , I have to day received my 2nd mural ...it's fabulous .this company could not do more to help....NOW where can I put another....

I purchased a 6 metre wide wall mural from Wallsauce, this is my second time dealing with the team, I purchased online from Australia on a Weds, it was delivered to my door the following Monday and I had it hung by Tuesday night. So great service and very pleasant to deal with. I went for the self adhesive heavy paper this time, I think the process is a little easier than using wall glue. Very pleased with the result.

I had the best experience working with Wallsauce on a very large mural. They were very helpful and patience with me as I decided exactly what I wanted. They never pressured me into anything but were always willing to help. I made many size changes and sample requests and they were always very responsive.
The quality of the paper was also very good. My installers were impressed that the edges of the mural were so straight and clean. It made installation so easy.
My mural was 50ft wide and 22ft tall. It covers the entire back wall of my garage. It turned out spectacular largely because of the help that I received from Shannon at Wallsauce.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality mural or wall covering.

Quality of the printing is very good. However, very disappointed that when the panels are butted together there is a white joint line all the way down. Very noticeable with dark colours. There is a note in the instructions that this may occur and you need to use a pastel to match the colour in. If the company know about the panel jointing issue they need to alter the process to rectify the issue. Considering the cost I would have expected the panels to match perfectly without any additional work. Normal wallpaper with a pattern can be butted together without any joint lines showing, so why not this wallpaper? There should be information readily available on the website regarding the issue when ordering. Used a professional decorator to fit it whilst doing some other work for me and he has had other customers interested in having a mural wall but will not be recommending these because of the jointing issue.

First the mural was not like the picture. I didn’t even bother to paste it on my wall we did a mock up to see how it would look because if you paste it you buy it. There company claims if you do not like the mural and don’t use you can request a full refund. Well that’s what I did. I spoke with Shannon the entire time, sent in the middle piece of the mural. To cut shipping cost, on Oct 4. It was delivered Oct 16. They went ghost and haven’t heard from them since in terms of my refund! Their emails were even bouncing back. The company rep said I would be also reimbursed for my shipping charges. At this point I know I have to go through my bank to get my refund of 500+ back. These murals are not cheap, overpriced yes for what I paid for. So beware working with this company they are overseas in the UK and clearly do things differently. Will never order from them again, and I will warn my other friends and designers/contractors the same.

What a great company. We wanted a wall mural cut into bespoke widths to fit in to ikea bookcase glass doors. Wallsauce were happy to accommodate and provide advice - delivered quickly and the end result looks great!! Thank you Wallsauce!

My experience was great start to finish. I was a troubling customer constantly calling with questions and wondering about this and that, I somehow messed up my delivery address too. They dealt with every call so professionally and helped me every step of the way with everything I needed Just as a good company does.

I bought the gigantic octopus mural for my sons gaming room, we went for the high quality version without the sticky backing so we could paste it and move it around ourselves as we fitted it. I was worried about a colour image leaving big white lines in between the sheets, once fitted you could hardly tell. The stock of paper they use must be damned good because I man handled this in my fitting and it didn’t crease or kink once, went on like a dream, the excess wallpaper paste I could wipe off without ruining the print too which I was worried about. I was worried about a lot with the fitting of this because mine was near £250 and it’s essentially a one shot to fit. So you don’t need to panic when fitting because it’s not delicate and cheap, it’s high quality and sturdy and made for the job clearly.

I can’t say much else here and I am one to moan, i have no negative comments to make with this company or their products. I would 100% happily recommend them all day long.

Absolutely love my new wall it’s stunning

My experience was amazing from start to finish. Right away they emailed me about my order to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. When the panels arrived the instructions were incredibly easy to follow and the quality of the material is outstanding. I have done a lot of wallpapering in my life but not a mural. There must be some kind of fabric in the product because I could stretch it just a little to make the transitions seamless. I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know.

Am beyond delighted with the service from Wallsauce! My mural is just breath taking I actually gasped when I saw it fitted. I bought a digital print from a local artist which was square but the wall for my mural was rectangular. I phoned them and the lovely Rachel was able to manipulate my photo to fit my wallspace without it changing how the picture looked. This was done so quickly … in a matter of days. We chose the superior finish for the wallpaper and my husband says that it was by far the best wallpaper quality he had ever used… and the instructions on how to fit it was very clear and easy to follow.
