Very unprofessional staff worst experience ever, I went there to receive money from my sister in the USA and they refused to give me the money laying that they have no money. Why are they judging that any black man coming the exchange to received money is a Scammer or thief. They asked all my information including ID and I give all, but yet they believe the money is not mine.
A bunch of thieves.stacks of different phone numbers and never a message asking me to call them.
asked many times to withdraw my money.was told someone would be in touch to help me do that.It never happened
over the last 13 months I have been working with Mike Fisher who has given first class advice. I follow his advice but log in to my account to observe the status of the transactions- 99% success rate.
I have withdrawn some funds which was not an issue.

Scam company. They don't even use their real names and foolishly I lost some money. FCA warns against them check FCA website. Jeffery the manager is a thief who will try his best to convince you it's a great return and call you stupid when you want to claim your money. Avoid this company!
Avoid them ! Make a report to the details on my user name to regain everything
I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with The Wall Street Exchange to steer clear. It is a SCAM!

Do not invest any money with this company. I fully agree with the other reviews here advising you not to have anything to do with this company. My experience is very similar, although I did manage to get my money back.
They have operated under the following in a matter of a few months:-
1. thewallstreetexchange.io - website now unreachable
2. wallstreetexchange.co.uk - website now unreachable
3. wallstreetfx.io
Trustworthy companies build their brand through consistency, not changing their name and website. Ask why.
Their employees do not use their real names, my broker has the following statement in his signature block - "All agents are using alias names". Why would a company do this?
You need their permission to withdraw your money. You cannot close down your account. I have told them repeatedly to close my account and remove my details. They ignore my requests and keep calling me. They call from different numbers each time. So I cannot block them. Looking at my phone they have called over 70 times since August. This is harassment. Why would a company not call from the same number? Or keep calling me when I have asked them not to? They are based in Cyprus but call me from UK numbers. Again, ask why.
With so many red flags, why would you risk your money with this company? I made a mistake. Don't do the same.
