Comprato Roma Havana con Iberia, ci siamo ritrovati su questa Wamos. Un carro bestiame, mai volato così male in trenta anni di viaggi aerei: posti stretti da non potersi muovere, alla partenza un'ora di ritardo senza aria accesa con un caldo assurdo con gente che si sentiva male, cibo scarso,schermi non funzionanti. Un incubo.

Acquistato volo Iberia, ci è stato comunicato che il volo sarebbe stato operato da Wamos: 1) sedili piccoli, stretti e scomodi per un volo di quasi 9 ore.
2) freddo assurdo: coperti con più strati di vestiti e coperte, abbiamo passato una notte da incubo non riuscendo a chiudere occhio causa il freddo eccessivo (non paragonabile a nessun altro volo mai effettuato).
3) hostess poco attente: alla richiesta di un tè caldo (per scaldarsi) rispondono scocciate che passeranno a breve con il carrello .. passano dopo 2 ore.
4) infine porta del bagno rotta accanto al sedile, che continuava ad aprirsi per tutta la durata del volo, con relativo odore.
Di certo per il costo sostenuto il servizio è stato indecente.

Vuelo Barcelona-Cancun, 10h, en un avion A330-300, con el máximo de asientos permitidos por normativa, sin espacio para las piernas.
Personal de a bordo bastante antipático. Comida de mala calidad, en 10h sirven una comida al despegar y un café (sin ni una galleta) a la llegada, sin otra opción para los niños café, te o agua, sin más, ni un vaso de zumo.
La temperatura como suele pasar en los vuelos baja, y no te dan ni una manta si no has pagado servicio+.
En general mal servicio y avión lleno hasta los topes.

I flew from Rome to Abu Dhabi on the 12th of July 2025, hoping this was going to be a decent flight ( as booked through Etihad )
The service was very poor, airplane crews weren't asking guests if they needed anything as they were passing close with trolleys with beverages. They were rushing through trying to avoid asking guests and I had to chase them for a glass of juice and water. They didn't even apologize. I won't be flying back with Wamos as the service and level of professionalism doesn't meet any other airline I flew with.

Worst airline I’ve flown with, Etihad you should be ashamed of yourself expecting your customers to accept these conditions. I booked my holiday on the condition that I had Etihad flights only to find myself on this revolting plane. There is nothing good to say about the flight from the crew who didn’t want to be there to the seating space and condition. Do yourself a favour and only book with Etihad if they use their own planes and not ring ins.

My mother and sister travelled from Madrid to Caracas this week with Vamos. The service was great, they were in economy seats, and they treated with respect and were very attentive. The food was good as well. They felt comfortable and well looked after. The reason for this review is because my sister was happy traveling with them and asked me to. Post this review on her behalf.

Prenoto Roma-L'Avana con Iberia, poi ci informano che la tratta Madrid - L'Avana sarà operato da Wamos Air. Ci avvisano anche che l'intrattenimento sul volo sarà limitato e di procurarci preventivamente contenuti su nostri dispositivi per passare il tempo. Infatti gli schermi sul volo si accenderanno solo dopo quasi 1 ora dal decollo! E c'è veramente poca roba, nulla in italiano. Ma il peggio è il comfort: spazi da low cost in un volo da 10 ore ed in aggiunta quando salgo le cappelliere sono piene e mi tocca tenere lo zaino tra i piedi, un incubo! Il cibo non l'ho toccato perché mi son sentito male (prima ed unica volta da quando prendo l'aereo). Voto 0 a loro e ad Iberia. Mai più.
Inqualificabile
Mio figlio avrebbe dovuto decollare da Roma alle 21:30 circa in direzione Dubai. Il suo ultimo messaggio mi è arrivato alle 3:45, ancora dall'aeroporto, senza alcun tipo di assistenza, senza fornire nemmeno un pezzo di pane e con continui posticipi della partenza prevista. Il tutto in presenza di bambini e addirittura di persone in carrozzina. Alle 4:05 il volo è stato annullato. Evidentemente l'aereo ha problemi tecnici importanti e l'avere evitato di volare su un catorcio pericoloso è l'unico aspetto positivo di questa indecente vicenda. Ovviamente, tutte le successive coincidenze e la prenotazione della prima notte in albergo in Australia saltate. Valutazione finale: ¡una vergüenza!
Uncomfortable seat, very basic for what you surely they can do better.
Uncomfortable seat , needs upgrading. No charging port. No space at all in economy once your sitting that's. Rude Stewardess. Hand luggage being put in different cabin No help from the Stewarts they will send you to where there is space knowing how hard it is to go back considering the isle are so tight. Always talking in spanish between themselves.
Not what you expect of a modern airline
I agree with all the other reviews. We booked business via Iberia only to be told it was changing to Wamos. On getting on the flight an Iberia rep was very apologetic about the change. Menus were Iberia but that’s where the similarities ended. Still had Virgin logos on the plane as an old virgin model. No WiFi, no in flight map and poor on board entertainment with limited films and tv many 20 years old.
On the outgoing flight Madrid to Cuba left without drinks etc for five hours. Promise of a snack bar was non existent as well. Iberia have really let the side down using them yet still charged full price for the privilege. Be warned if your flight is changed to Wamos have a conversation with your original airline about compensation.
Buona esperienza con Wamos
Anche io avevo prenotato un volo con Ethiad Roma/Abu Dhabi/Chennai.
Le tratte Roma/Abu Dhabi e Abu Dhabi/Roma sono state operate dalla Wamos Air e sinceramente mi sono trovata molto bene.
Nonostante avessi letto pessime recensioni mi sono dovuta ricredere.
Aereo con classico intrattenimento (anche in lingua italiana) e monitor moderni per tutte e due le tratte (touch screen), spazio per le gambe al di sopra delle aspettative e comunque compatibile con tutte le economy, cibo stranamente buono per essere in aereo, personale super gentile.
Tutti i voli puntuali.
Non posso dire invece la stessa cosa delle tratte operate da Ethiad da Abu Dhabi a Chennai e viceversa.
Innanzitutto lo spazio per le gambe era minore delle peggiori low coast, io sono alta 1.66 e non riuscivo a stare seduta con le gambe dritte, nessun intrattenimento non era presente nemmeno il monitor e cibo no comment! Un aereo che poteva andar bene per massimo 2 ore di volo.
Per fortuna operava Wamos i miei voli mi viene da dire a questo punto!

It’s incredibly disappointing that Etihad chose to partner with Wamos Air. This was by far the worst flight experience we’ve ever had...subpar plane, terrible food, outdated and practically useless entertainment system, uncomfortable seats, poor service, and an unprofessional crew.
Had we known that our flight wasn’t operated by Etihad itself, we absolutely would have reconsidered. We booked with Etihad expecting a trusted, quality airline, not an unfamiliar third-party carrier. The flight wasn’t even cheap, yet we ended up on a flight that's completely substandard.
Very disheartening experience. This has seriously affected our trust in Etihad. Never again. Avoid at all cost!!!

Anche noi abbiamo volato da Fiumicino ad Abu Dhabi , volo acquistato con Etihad e successivamente modificato.
Prima di partire ho letto molte recensioni negative e questo mi ha molto preoccupata volando con i miei figli.
Chi è responsabile del disservizio è Etihad nn certo Wamos.

Primo volo aveva i vecchi schermi e non c era L aggiornamento della posizione . Volando di notte sinceramente non è stato così drammatico .

Etihad x Wamos Air – A Huge Disappointment
Why Etihad would partner with an airline like Wamos. The aircraft was very old, borderline rusty, and felt incredibly cheap definitely not what I expect for the price paid. It felt like the cheapest flight on earth disguised under a premium brand.
The cabin crew were extremely rude and unprofessional. I have no idea where they were trained, but they were by far the most unpleasant I’ve ever encountered.
The food was a disaster absolutely inedible and far from Etihad’s usual standards.
And to top it off, no flight route displayed on the screen! No map, no flight info. Nothing. If your phone is off, you’re stuck guessing how much longer the torture will last. It honestly felt like a scam.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise against flying on any Etihad flight operated by Wamos.

This airline is a joke. Booked a business class with EY and got a low cost standard seat with non functioning entertainment system.
Shame on you Ethiad for partnering with such low standard airline.

Avoid at all costs. Was charged a premium fee by Etihad for a Wamos Air operated flight. 9hrs from Manila to Abu Dhabi. Planes are very old, maybe 10-15 years, entertainment system is very basic, movies only. No touchscreen interface. Food is like being in prison. Seats are very narrow, it appears the planes have been re-configured for maximum occupency. Initially had to move seat as screen wasnt working. No in flight safety video, cabin crew do demonstration, feels and looks like a budget airline. The planes themselves dont have Etihad livery, they have Wamos air. Avoid at all costs
